Even went above and beyond in calling the nearest infinity dealer to inquire about the specific details of the oil change mix and additives that my car requires. The service stand and waiting room is so clean and modern you would think you are in a really high end dealership. They were able to assist me with a ride to work after dropping off my car for service also. Very good people working there !

They charged me $1,300. 20 mins after I pick it up, the same problem starts happening but worse. They take it in for another couple days. Claim they changed the spark plugs. Try to charge me another $300. I refuse seeing as they already charged me a ridiculous amount and it was for nothing. It is only a couple months later now. I am having engine issues again. Bring it somewhere else obviously and they tell me that no spark plugs were ever changed. They are definitely the originals. What the hell was I charged $1300 for?? Unfortunately, the man behind the desk told me that they didn't have an OBD device to read the car's error log. I asked him if there were any garage's around who could help. "Are you from around here?" he asked. "No." "I don't know of any places who would just drop everything to fix your car." That surprised me, as over the years, I've dropped by a lot of garages all over New England for quick OBD reads. I knew that it probably didn't need to get fixed immediately, just that the car's computer was upset about an oxygen or emission reading. Apparently, A Plus doesn't extend the courtesy of a diagnostic test that takes 90 seconds to do. And it doesn't realize that there are garages out there who do. (Thanks Monro Muffler in Chicopee!)
