We often had 5 vehicles with our kids. The owners Jay and Michelle are always willing to help. I hope they stay in business as long as we drive cars. With just 2 cars now we often do a back to back routine service. Now servicing a 2003 Lexus and 2014 Toyota Camry. In the past 1999 Cadillac, 2001 Ford F-350, tiburon, expidition, Chrysler's, Dodge Ram, Sebring, Jeep Cherokee's, Ford 500, Chevy conversion van, etc. I'm sure I've forgotten some vehicles but the point is it's been many years and many vehicles. Try to charge me another $300. I refuse seeing as they already charged me a ridiculous amount and it was for nothing. It is only a couple months later now. I am having engine issues again. Bring it somewhere else obviously and they tell me that no spark plugs were ever changed. They are definitely the originals. What the hell was I charged $1300 for?? Also I was out of a car for a week and a half. I have a job and a life. The woman that works the desk says she is the owner. Learn how to communicate with your customers, be honest with how long it is going to be and maybe try not lying about the work that was done. I'd love to hear from you and get some money back.

Unfortunately, the man behind the desk told me that they didn't have an OBD device to read the car's error log. I asked him if there were any garage's around who could help. "Are you from around here?" he asked. "No." "I don't know of any places who would just drop everything to fix your car." That surprised me, as over the years, I've dropped by a lot of garages all over New England for quick OBD reads. I knew that it probably didn't need to get fixed immediately, just that the car's computer was upset about an oxygen or emission reading. Apparently, A Plus doesn't extend the courtesy of a diagnostic test that takes 90 seconds to do. And it doesn't realize that there are garages out there who do. (Thanks Monro Muffler in Chicopee!)

Bob is a stand out guy who has nothing but passion for the service he provides for his customers…read more My car is old with high miles and typically when something goes wrong with it I bring it to Harvey Auto which is walking distance from me. The car got to the point from rust where Jim didn't feel comfortable putting it on a lift. Long story short my car came here because the gas tank needed to be replaced before other services could be done by Jake Luzi (like I said, car is old with many problems). It took Bob little to no time to provide his service and get the car to Jake and back on the road to me. There was a hiccup though. When the gas tank was replaced the float that reads how much gas is in the tank was not set correctly and yes you guessed it I ran out of gas. Only problem was I did not know that was the problem seeing how my gauge read that I had 3/4 full. Car was towed to Harvey Auto and took Jim pulling out the pump to tell me that the tank was not set correctly and I had no gas. After finding this out and my car was put back together I came and talked to Bob about what happened and he was very apologetic about what happened, which you could clearly see in his facial expressions he was disappointed. During our conversation he mentioned that I should have brought it to him first and would have honored his services, certainly had I known that the gas tank was the issue I would have had it towed here. But, we made up and went on with our day. Overall despite what had happened I am still pleased with his quick service and his gratitude for the work he had provided on short notice.
