It had to do with a few other repairs, much less expensive than a transmission, and they repaired my air conditioner as well. It only took a couple of hours for Tom to determine the electric battery was the problem. He ordered the battery from Toyota and didn't get it until late the next afternoon. I was on the road by the following morning. Communication is great at Campbell's. They answer the phone promptly. They are always pleasant and knowledgeable. The price and service at Campbell's is also very reasonable. I will be taking my car to Campbell's in the future.

This then lead me to referencing AAA's local Mechanic's preferred listing and Campbell's Automotive. And since then, I have been a very happy Campbell's client for three years and could not be happier! Gasket head and radiator repair still going strong, and for a lot less than I was quoted elsewhere. Exceptional customer service, trustworthy, up-front and honest, economical, alerting as to future needed maintenance, and above all, they do fantastic work! The second time I was leaving the gas station and the air went completely out of my tire. As I was in a panic, the air ran out just as I hit Pete's.
