Terrible staff, faulty and broken wash equipment in the tunnel, racist management…read more A few of the younger employees there smoke weed while at work all day long, two of them are selling weed out the carwash I believe their names are, Derrick Terrell, and Christian Ray. Both are constantly serving up drugs to customers while working. If you are a cute girl you can definitely get your car washed for free, as those same young men are constantly giving away free carwashes to pretty young women. Daily. The site manager Ken Deavers is completely checked out. As he is aware of all of this. He does nothing for his staff, other than enable their unproffesional behaviors. And ignore the illegal activities going on. Cars are continually getting damaged, whilst going through the wash, it is an almost daily if not for sure a weekly occurrence. Most of which is caused by staff not caring when loading cars into the tunnel, and loading cars incorrectly. And known faulty wash equipment. Like I said, most of their quipment is broken and doesn't run correctly. Causing many unnecessary claims from incident reports that corparate ends up not paying the customer for said damages. Usually for some made up reason as to why the cliam is denied. The area regional manager (Dan Yannick) of this site is also known to have stolen Valor. He states he is an army veteran, from the gulf War, but in actuality he was Dishonorably Discharged while still completing basic training, for hitting his commanding officer. He never actually served. The one decent employee they had working there has either recently moved on to something better or they got rid of him for some reason. Which makes no sense as he was the main person working there that made it worthwhile in stopping by. Jim Roush, and Express Wash Concepts, which is the parent company, and the rest of the ownership of this carwash chain obviously do not really care about branding, staffing, or community. They are seemingly running what is going to be another failed OH corporate chain. Just like Winking Lizard, or Melt. Being a souless enterprise, thats very impersonal, with a major lack of community outreach, paired with terrible customer experiences and vehicles constantly being damaged is why you should choose another brand to wash with. Seargent Clean and Whistle Clean have both updated their facilities and equipment as well as pricing in the last year, to remain competitive in this market, both those brands have surpassed Clean Express Wash in regards to overall customer service experience and they have comparable if nor better pricing for both memberships and single washes. There is a reason why Clean cannot retain its good employees for longer than a year. And why so many members cancel their memberships after 1 month of inconsistent and crappy service. Don't waste time or money, choose to go to another carwash brand. Save yourself the headache, and extreme probability that you will end up with damage to your vehicle.

SUBJECT: KEN'S GARAGE, WICKLIFFE, OH On Oct. 28,…read more2024, I took my car for repairs to Ken's Garage, in good faith. The check engine light was on, as well as a diagnosis of 'replace catalytic converter' from Auto Zone. I asked Ken if he could fix my car, he replied 'yes, with a price of $300 to $400.' On Oct. 29, he replaced the catalytic converter, downstream sensor as well as a front pipe. And a surprise bill of $970.01. Three weeks later, the light came back on again. Saw a retired mechanic for advice, he said Ken is responsible since he fixed my car, Ken became angry when I mentioned that. I also went back to Auto Zone, same diagnosis. Returned back to Ken's. On Nov. 21, he replaced the converter again, said said the converter he replaced was defective. Three weeks later, the light came back on again. Went to O'Reilly's, same diagnosis, besides a 'bank one', sensor diagnosis. Returned back to Ken, he became irate, lost his temper, yelling, and said he would not replace the converter again ( I did not ask him to do that) and he would not fix my car, that he was not responsible. I became upset. He then told me that there was nothing wrong with the original converter. Surprised, I asked 'why then would you replace a good part, if it is not necessary. He became defensive, yelling - 'accused me of insisting' that he replace the converter. I did no such thing. He lied. He never called me to say the converter was okay. I replied that since I know nothing about cars, I would not insist anything because I am not a mechanic, you are'. He proceeded to tell me he only told me that the converter he replaced was defective, so he would get reimbursed by the supplier. Isn't that dishonest??? After all this, my car is still in the same condition as in Oct., only at a $970.01 loss. I took my car to E Check and it failed. Ken's so called receipt was not acceptable. They had to make a special call to get me a waiver, but my car is still not repaired. He is blaming my car and not his work. Thanks for nothing, Ken! Recently, another mechanic put a diagnostic on my car, pin pointed an upstream sensor, said codes means many things, and the bank one is an upstream sensor that Ken should have replaced in the first place and avoided all this trouble. Ken did not act in a professional manner, refused to finish the job. Ken was attempting to blame me, a senior widow, spoke very disrespectfully - that he should be ashamed. When other negative reviews are on his website, he writes a rebuttal and blames everyone except himself. I have the diagnostics as proof, other mechanics as well as E Check. Out of 1 to 5, he deserves a 1, the lowest Annie B.

I went there to get an estimate because she was going to pay cash for the repair to avoid risking having her insurance canceled . The technician took a look at it and said "I think that will buff out" and before I knew it he was running an extension cord out to my car and buffing out the damage . I was able to call the lady and tell her that she didn't owe me anything because of their kindness . I can't say I need auto body shops alot but I will not recommend any business that has bad business practices. Ordinarily your service writers at auto dealerships up here and disappear on a frequent basis and there really is no stability but not this guy. This guy came with the woodwork. We are on Q7 number 2 from Audi of mentor and it's not just the sale that the service after the sale. Every single time this guy just does not fail to exceed all expectations. This particular Audi dealership has customers from as far away as Sandusky Columbus and Erie PA. Why? Aren't there Audi dealers in those cities? Yes but it's the service that you get at Audi of mentor. Shuttle service: they provide a shuttle service where they have a number of retirees that will drive you back and forth if you just need a ride home or they'll come pick your car up and then bring it back after service. What? Most dealerships also do a video where they explain what they found but the tech that worked on my car was particularly detailed and oriented to resolving my issue. Which was also followed up by a phone call and email from Pat. I went to go get it last night he said no don't worry about it we'll just deliver it in the morning and lo and behold at 8:30 in the morning my car showed up. For reference our Q7 was a Audi certified and we get treated like royalty at this place. Guarantee you we are going to go back.

The vehicle was not for me and I explained it to the sales person. The next day she called and yelled at me for wasting her time. She was very rude and unprofessional. Flash forward to present day, I did purchase a new Audi A6 from a store in Columbus. I have been having some troubles with it. I spoke with Audi USA about it and the issues. They contacted Audi Mentor, explained my issues, and asked if they could do the service on a Saturday, as I work during the week. They said they could not, but they could have someone pick up the vehicle for me. It took a week to get a hold of someone in their service department. When I finally did, I explained Audi USA told me they would pick up the vehicle for me. At first he said he would not because the vehicle was not under factory warranty. When I explained it is a 2024 and is absolutely under factory warranty, he now said they would not pick up the vehicle because I did not buy it from them. He was very rude. I would never purchase a vehicle from this store or even take a vehicle to be repaired.
