I went there to get an estimate because she was going to pay cash for the repair to avoid risking having her insurance canceled . The technician took a look at it and said "I think that will buff out" and before I knew it he was running an extension cord out to my car and buffing out the damage . I was able to call the lady and tell her that she didn't owe me anything because of their kindness . When I have gone in for paid jobs, they've always been professional and worked with me and the insurance company .

I was told I would be given a cash discount that did not happen. Took the car in for front end damage and cosmetically it looks ok but now I have to pay someone for a wheel alignment. It seems if they were putting my front end back together and charging me over my quoted amount they could have aligned the wheels. I can't say I need auto body shops alot but I will not recommend any business that has bad business practices. What GREAT service from start to finish(so to speak). If the actual bodywork matches the service this is the place to go. The estimate was quick, friendly and informative. He explained that under the initial damage may be more once the bumper comes off as I know to be true from my own fender bender.
