I called the number listed to obtain the address and the owner simply texted it to me so it was very easy! As soon as I arrived, she sat me down, and got started on threading my eyebrows. The entire process took less than 8 minutes and her technique made it relatively pain free. My brows looked great after and it was only $10! That's the cheapest rate for eyebrow threading I've seen so far in Sacramento. She doesn't take card so make sure to bring cash or she can take zelle/PayPal!

When I arrived, another client before me was getting a henna tattoo so I ended up waiting maybe 10 minutes. When it was my turn, cleaning up my brows only took about 5 minutes. The wait was certainly worth it! We had little communication but I just made sure to let Parm know I wanted to have my brows cleaned up. The process hurt a bit and I was offered a tissue at the end for my teary eyes. It wasn't unbearable though and the end results look great! The shop is located at the corner of what looks like a deserted strip mall. Knowing that it's just Parm that works there makes my anxious mind less worried about who will be available to help me pretty up my brows. One thing to keep in mind is that it's currently cash only.
