Nice staff; gave free face shields. Chen was nice & friendly. They have sinks there also, but certain kids of backsplash.

I originally didnt want uppers above the stove. I ordered them a few weeks after the other cabinets were put in & they installed them super quick. Tile backsplash is from Home Depot. read more

I went in to select my stone for my countertops at Elite stone Group in Pomona. I was helped by Ashley R. She was wonderful answered all our questions about the stone for our countertops. Made it very easy to pay and order our stone. I understand why our contractor send us there. We got the best customer service by Ashley Ramirez I highly recommend this place. read more

I went to that place upon recommendation of my cabinet contractor. Great variety and good price! My kids were so taken by the cat raised on the premises: they petted her, laid head on her, held her by her tummy in a most uncomfy position... you name it! The cat endured their "fondling" most meekly and followed us to the car! :) While my young ones were messing around, the owner and the staff didn't say anything and simply let them be. A very family-friendly place, with a loving cat and kids' table/chair set. read more

Good place for kitchen cabinets and quartz the backsplash not many options. I recommend it.

Very disappointed. Definitely not helpful from the start. Went in hoping to get ideas and that was by far the case. Girl in the front had no people skills. Looking for a specific quartz color only to find out it was discontinued yesterday. Overall prices are more expensive than other places I have received quotes from. Don't waste your time. read more

Overall, My husband & I are satisfied for what we received for the price we paid. We only got our white shaker cabinets and quartz countertop here. We shopped around at 12 different places and received 9 estimates (never heard back from 3 people or received estimate). We took a risk and settled on Elite Stone & Cabinet. Our fears were that we were going to go with a company/contractor that charged way more and would wind up with the same prefab cabinets and glitches. We would definitely recommend this place to others. However, we had our own person (recommended by someone) for the backsplash, electrical work, & plumbing. There are little glitches that need to be fixed/touched up (such as gap under island and outlet for microwave & other minor things). We also have family members that know about construction and would help us in an emergency if needed. Thus, we knew glitches would happen, but had people ready to help us out. 5 stars: Lily was on point with communication. She always answered all our questions and text messages, even during cabinet/quartz installation. This is super important when you are spending money on a big project. She made changes to our kitchen design very quickly (we wasted hours at another company for this) & she made it seem so easy. Also, demolition was a few hours (3 hours tops), cabinet installation took a full day (9:30-6:30), and quartz installation was full day (10:00-6:00). That was quick! The quartz installer was on point & precise--you can definitely tell he knew his craft. *We'll put pics up of before & after. We still are waiting on getting the backsplash done and will load pics after that is complete. read more

Overall, the design and installation is neat. Installers are very fast and very skilled. Very minor imperfections like dings and small cracks on few edges of the cabinets appeared after installation. Wrong size of knob screw were installed in one of the cabinet. Countertop was perfectly installed. Quality of the cabinet is premium. Lily is very responsive and helpful. Recommended. read more

This is the place if you are looking to get cabinets! Ask for Lily Chen. She is the one that too care of us from start to finish. We ended up walking in and was greeted and helped right away. We decided on white Shaker cabinets with gray quartz and a stainless steel farm sink. We also picked out a modern mixed gray back splash. Communication with Lily was great. She always texted or called back right away when I had questions or concerns. The customer service I've received was awesome. They installed within a week and were very professional, knowledgeable and always on time. If you need cabinets you will be happy with their work. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the other quotes I've receive else where. I'm very happy with our end results! I will update this review with photos once we settle in. read more

We went in for a quote. We came out with new cabinets for my mothers DREAM kitchen at home. Which isn't a dream anymore. We were there for about 4 hours or more. My dad was explaining to the woman who did our 3D design. She said yes we have it right here. My dad confided in her, which did not turn out the way we wanted it to be. The cabinet that is next to our fridge is not the way we asked for it now they're asking for another 400 dollars to FIX WHAT THEY DID WRONG. Which was not listen to the customer. Honestly, this is the worst experience we have EVER had. I honestly and 100 percent DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! There's a lot more to explain on the situation but granted I am angry and frustrated that these cabinets also took about 3 weeks to get to their shop. $6,000 down the drain. Always listen to the customers wants and needs. I will definitely not recommend anyone to shop here. read more

Ordered and had quartz counters and glass back splash installed. Heidy was great. She helped with the purchase process but the issue I have is with the scheduling and installation. Wanted to schedule a date the day we purchased and for what ever reason the owner said he will have to wait and call to schedule on Monday and we were their on a Friday. Didn't hear from them Monday and had to call Tuesday to see what was going on and the gentleman always apologized forgot. It was like this the whole time for the installation process and ordering another counter to match the rest of counters was insane 2 weeks it has been. I called and he said. Oh yes I remember you so I forgot, it's ready. So I ask what time they open so I can pick it up, he responded 8:30 but you can't come to get it because it has to be shipped. So it's not ready. Oh it's ready just come in afternoon. On top of that there is a very bad communication issue with installers because they don't speak or understand English nor Spanish. They are Asian and have to call office to have someone explain what they were saying and sometimes nobody would answer. The installation was nicely done with a few mistakes that need to be fixed. Let's hope those are taken care of read more

After deciding between MANY sources from friends, contractors, family, etc......we finally narrowed our remodeling project to Elite Stone. The reason why we chose this is because the quality of their materials is on par or better than the ones we saw around San Gabriel Valley and Torrance. The pricing is also VERY competitive, along with their in-house 3D designs. They came out to my house and was able to have a 3D design of what the finished project looks like, for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. After the project was set, they gave us realistic time frames, so we know what we're getting into. Quality takes time........ If you need more references, please contact Terry at this warehouse, he is the magic worker. read more

My handyman suggested this would be a good place for me to purchase a new countertop and backsplash for my kitchen. Sadly, it was very disappointing. Not even one of the four people sitting at the counter acknowledged me. I had to ask if someone could help me with countertops and was told the availability was on display to my left. I asked about pricing and lengths and widths and was told the size was printed on a sticker on the item and pricing would be given if I chose something. The person never stood up from her chair and I didnt want to keep walking back and forth each time I had a question which of course I did have more. I am a senior citizen so needless to say I have acquired quite a few shopping experiences in my lifetime, but very few negative ones like this one at Elite Stone and Cabinet. read more

My experience from beginning to end has been great with Elite Stone & Cabinet. I first contacted them through Yelp to get a quote on how much it would cost for a prefabricated slab, and Terry quickly responded and answered all my questions. After shopping at multiple places, Elite Stone & Cabinet had the most competitive price for my project. We purchased a 9'x3' island slab that was to be cut down for a dining table project, and we were able to pick the slab the same day from Elite, then we brought it to our chosen fabricator. The table turned out great. read more

Truly impressed with this company. Large showroom and selection. Incredible prices. Professional. Courteous. Prompt. High quality installation. I inquired about quartz counters. Received several quotes for the color choices I was interested in via email. Seem competitively priced. Husband went in to look around and gave them money and said we would call with final color choice. He brought home samples for me to see. We selected. We were told they would install that week and the installer would bring us cash back because what we selected was on sale. Impressive. Installation day came and they arrived earLy but were waiting in truck as it was early morning. Husband invited them in early. They started immediately and were finished well before lunch time. They pointed out little things like let's round this edge so it doesn't hit your cabInets doors. Definite recommend. Extremely pleased. Would use again without question or shopping around. read more

We're lucky to have found this place! I'm always wary of super-idealized reviews that don't give you the full story, so here's my honest review. Although I had a decorator friend who could get us wholesale pricing on cabinets from another contractors-only place, we would have to demo, assemble and install it all ourselves, and not including countertops. I found this place through Yelp and liked that they would do all the labor in just a couple of days. Excluding labor, the pricing worked out to be the same as the wholesale prices. Woohoo! The cabinets are solid wood and feel great--dovetailed joints, good heft and look to them. I checked out the white shaker cabinets at Best Cheer Stone in Anaheim, and theirs didn't feel nearly as solid. That salesman even tried to steer us away from the shaker-style cabinets because the doors were thin. Not so with Elite. The brand of cabinets they use are sold all over CA and the country, so they're not some cheapo off-brand stuff. The finish is high-quality and very smooth. I got some Behr Marquee satin paint on it that dried, but it wiped off in 2 seconds. The soft-close hinges and rails feature is standard. Our kitchen isn't large, but it only took 3 days to do the demo and installation for a small kitchen, a breakfast counter window, two hallway linen cupboards (which was like a kitchen cabinet and pantry), and three bathrooms. Who even does that?! So fast. Although I will say that the cabinet guys weren't very careful with the demo and we had to patch holes and walls. So if your new cabinets are smaller than the previous cabinets, you'll have to figure out how to refinish and paint the walls that are newly exposed. We're remodeling all sorts of stuff, so I feel like they thought they could get away with leaving a bigger mess. Oh well. Though they do sell handles, I wanted something else, and they did install them at no added cost. They also don't speak English, but we communicated through my limited Mandarin and through our contact person. The cost is so low, I realize they're not a start-to-finish, full-service remodeling contractor. The quartz installers were a totally separate team and were friendly, quick and professional. The install work is loud and dusty, so just prepare yourself for it. That said, you can't possibly find better prices than this. We did all that work, with quartz countertops on all the kitchen, hall and bathroom vanities for half of what people would spend on just a kitchen remodel. Gary was our contact throughout the process, from the second we walked in, and he was great. He was super polite and honest, not at all pushy or creepy. We gave him rough measurements and photos of our previous kitchen, and he came back maybe 15 minutes later with a full price estimate and design! Usually, salesmen and contractors aren't direct about pricing, or take a long time to get back to you. If you ask about a price, Gary takes a second to think about it, then actually tells you the answer. Revolutionary! He also came out to our house to do a professional measurement and design consultation. There is a $100 fee, but is refunded when you go to purchase everything. They have a good selection of quartz too, in usable, current colors. Best Cheer had a lot of options, but most of them were dark and hideous. They don't have everything, but enough to choose from that you'll be happy. You can go the day of the quartz pick-up and choose the slabs you want. Gary assured us that they would check for defects themselves anyway, since they don't want dissatisfied customers needing repairs or replacements. There's also a basic selection of sinks and faucets for very good prices, which they will install along with the counters. They just don't do any plumbing or appliance reinstallation, so you'll have to hook them up yourself or get a plumber/handyman. It's a hassle, but again--they're not full-service people. They have close-out deals for countertops in the parking lot, so if you just need a little bit, it's super cheap. They also sell laminate and LVT flooring, ceramic and glass tile, but don't do the tiling because they haven't found a good-enough tiling contractor. So there's the real story--as long as you know what you're getting, you can make arrangements to make up for what you don't get. Amazing prices and end product though, so I'd do it all over again. read more

I had high hopes with this company judging from the reviews. A company in orange county said because I do not need cabinets, they would have this company call me. I waited 2 hours and decided to call myself as I have been having a hard time finding someone to install my counters. A woman picked up and told me to measure the counters and pick out a color online and the installers would bring them out and install them. I must be missing something here. I am pretty sure these are going to be quite pricey and cannot believe she wanted me to measure them and have them made! Plus choose a color online. I mentioned their offer of a free 3d model of what my kitchen would look like with new counter tops. She said they only do that if you order cabinets also. Needless to say, I walked, no sorry, ran away from this company. read more

The price quote from this business might be slightly lower than its competitors, BUT what's the point when you can't confirm a simple appointment? Spoke to Terry to get some quotes on materials for purchase quartz and cabinets only. He was responsive and upfront on yelp and over the phone I had a great conversation with him about coming in to look at the material and purchasing them. Lily in particular helped us transform our ideal kitchen into reality. From the moment we sat down with Lily, she showed us layouts just to imagine what kind of kitchen we would like to see. They answered our questions and they gave suggestions too. We got the honey shaker and quartz countertop with under mount stainless steel sink. I love Elite Stone & Cabinets Inc showroom. They have way more cabinet colors/designs than other ones I went to. They have a good selection of quartz countertops to choose from as well. Lily was my sales person. She was so easy to work with. I gave her a rough measurements of my design and then she showed me a digital layout of my new kitchen cabinets before the real deal. Lily and I communicated mostly through emails and she was very quick to respond. After getting the final measurements, scheduling to complete the work was pretty quick. My cabinet installers were a married couple team and they worked very efficiently and as neatly as possible with my limited space in my dining room. The countertop installers did an awesome job too. They kept it as clean as possible after all the cuttings. Here is my before and after kitchen. I love my new kitchen. Nice and bright and my tile floor makes it look even bigger. Posting this review is really unfortunate because no work was ever performed. I called to request a quote for a walk in closet remodel and was told the person who handles the quote scheduling was out of the office and that I would receive a return call in a couple of days. Two days passed and I called back; this time I was told that they tried to call me back but that they did not leave a message. They apologized but again said that the designer/scheduler was unavailable and that I would receive a return call the following Monday to confirm the appointment and we even discussed possible days for Elite to come out. I took the opportunity to ask if my closet remodel was perhaps "too small" of a job for them, and was told it was absolutely not too small, so we agreed that they would call on Monday and we ended the call. More than a week later from my second conversation with Elite, I still have not received a return call. What frustrates me more than anything, is that I gave Elite a direct opportunity to send me somewhere else to have this work done, but instead of being upfront and respecting my time, they intentionally misled me, made commitments they didn't follow through on, and as a result they now have delayed my project by two weeks. Perhaps the work Elite does is top of the line, and according to other Yelp reviewers this would seem to be the case, but what is just as important to me is that I'm hiring a company that is honest and upfront, a company that takes pride in the reputation of their business, and a company that follows through on the promises they make to potential customers; apparently this is not Elite. read more
