Not only was she very quick and responsive, she also went out of her way to get answers with regard to led lighting, delivery stock, etc. I have called in before and i spoke to someone who couldn't provide any answers related to my order and continued to note that there was no way of knowing if they have my order. I even asked what do you know? Do i have half my orders? Is it in stock currently? I am picking up the order tomorrow, what can you tell me? And i was constantly provided with unhelpful non answers. Had we had to deal with this individual, we would not rate cabinet city so highly as there was not even a let me check with warehouse (right across in the adjacent building). There was basically a lack of knowledge or willingness to help (instead of saying i am not sure but i will find out, i get it there is no way of knowing). I am thankful Sherry was our go to person and i am also thankful to the warehouse staff who stepped up to help while the person behind the desk was ignoring customers and not even informing of a wait or someone going on break. Instead someone from the warehouse who picked my order came to me directly to help without me asking. Although every place has their pros and cons, i would say that this place is very lucky to have people like Sherry and the warehouse operators. In terms of product, i am not yet able to comment on the received materials as they are still in their boxes, but my wife and i do love the options at cabinet city especially compared to other companies out there. Pricing is more than fair as well. Picking up the order was also very straightforward and easy. So overall, the positives simply outweigh the negatives. She even covered pieces in my order that I had forgotten about. She professional and has great instincts. I was also pleased that they had multiple options and we were able to find plenty of stock and availability in both cabinets and countertops. We went with a modern theme in our condo and these were perfect. The cabinets and drawers feel very sturdy and strong - not cheap flimsy wood. All the doors and drawers are built with slow close - got to love that. The granite selection was great as well - had a strong range of colors. They also had other countertop materials as well, but we wanted to stick with granite after discussing with Michelle. And all of these came at a really great price. Also, again, without going through the feeling that all Cabazon wanted to do was to push me to buy expensive materials. All in all, Cabazon / AAA is a great business with excellent materials but even better customer service. In addition to the quality of the cabinets, we had such a time delay of our project all due to Bella Closets. I believe we were delayed at least an additional 4 months. I remember the only competent employee that they had was Tania. Everyone else did not know what was happening.
