We were in a pinch because the quartz we wanted from another store was sold out and we needed it ASAP. The owner was very responsive when we called him in the morning and were looking to come check out his inventory. He was quite accommodating when we sent him a photo of what we were looking for and sent back pictures of everything he had that looked similarly. When we arrived to take a look at the pieces he had, it was a little tough to view since everything was hidden away and stacked upon each other. But we had to leave quickly, so we went ahead and put in an order. The prices are reasonable and competitive with another wholesaler in the area, but you do need a contractor license to get these prices. Make sure you double check before paying since we ended up paying for an extra slab that we didn't want, but I suppose there was a miscommunication on how many we needed. Where the issue was was when our contractor picked up the slabs a week or so later and brought them back to get installed. We discovered a slab was stained already. When we called the owner to get a refund, he came to try to remove the stain and after he was unsuccessful, wouldn't even do us the service of taking the slab back and giving us a refund. He said we had to take it back to be returned. We relied on our contractor to take the slab back to get returned, but we didn't end up returning it due to an issue with our project, so I can't say how that process turned out, but am still miffed about the lack of service on their part. read more

BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased product that was falsely advertised as having a 20mil wear layer. After product got installed, it started scratching everywhere from regular use. I contacted the sellers and they basically told me I was lying. Additionally when I purchased the product, they said it had a lifetime warranty but would not put it in writing but promised "just call me and we will handle". Now I know why. Stay away read more

So, I drive all the way down there in traffic to find out they don't even sell granite or marble. They only sell quartz, which I can't use for my application. When my wife and I purchased out home in West Covina we realized we had a rare gem. We loved the floor plan overall and for such a relatively small and old(er) home (built in 1953) the master bath was quite large and had a massive counter - nearly ten feet long! However, it was very dated and only had one sink. We wanted dual vanities and to upgrade the cabinets and counter tops. After looking all over the place for the right vendor, we decided to work with Dorothy at DT. She was very helpful and helped create just the right design to make the most of the available space. What's more, the warehouse she directed us to (in Orange County) to choose the granite slab was MASSIVE and had an incredible selection. Minus 10 stars. Went this morning to look for granite for two bathroom cabinets. When I told the woman working there that I wanted different countertops for each vanity and didn't want to purchase entire slabs, she rolled her eyes and told me they only sell full slabs and waved me off to look for remnants in their yard somewhere.
