I am always so pleased when I walk out of there after a much needed self care day. Everybody is so friendly and courteous! Being new to the area, it was so great to find such a solid nail salon so quickly. The work is phenomenal and the establishment is clean and organized. read more

So I came to nail salon before and they did a good job and I decided to come back today... WORST decision ever. To start I wasn't asked if I would like something to drink like everyone else was. On top of that every place I've gone to uses the foil and cotton method to remove gel polish (even the time before they used foil) but for some reason this lady decides to make me soak my nails in a bowl of acetone. I told her I didn't like to soak my nails because it makes them weak but she proceeded to ignore me and do it anyway. Fast forward to my pedicure, she decides to cut my nails down without even asking me! Then as she's filing my big toe she cuts me with the file and I kindly let her know it hurt. So we get to the polishing.. instead of her neatly polishing she paints all over the place and didn't attempt to clean it up along the way. At the end she attempts to use the brush and acetone to clean the polish off, mind you she cut me earlier so she puts that acetone on there and when I tell you it burneddddd! So I tell her it burns because you cut me and she proceeds to say "I didn't cut you, if I did it would be blood, the file just hurt you." I get that, but the file didn't put itself to my foot and cut me, it was the person using it. Anyway back to my nails, at this point I'm super annoyed but I'm trying to get through it. She then proceeds to use the drill to file my nails and claims because I'm not getting a manicure she has to do that. What?! I've literally been getting gel manicures for years every two weeks and I've never heard that. At that point I was done. I told her I didn't want my nails done anymore and left. Of course they still charged me the $5 to take the gel off and I didn't even care at that point because I was so ready to get out of there. (All of this was happening simultaneously) What was supposed to be a relaxing experience turned into an experience from hell. I won't return. read more

I need to update from my visit a year ago. Since that visit I went a couple times but my SNS manicure did not hold up and chipped after a few days so I stopped going. I decided to give them a try recently and am not glad I did. My SNS was rushed and I pointed out there was still a thin layer but she said it was okay (it's really not) and proceeded. They looked good though at the end. (But going to my usual place today and taking off the SNS they noticed the old color still present and noted that was not okay for my nail and lazy) Two days later the color turned yellowish, I attached photos though you can't tell too well. I inquired on getting a color change but there would be a charge- I think the full $30. They offered to add another layer to cover the discoloration but that would make it thicker and probably discolor again. I declined and wished they would have offered me a free color change as that's the right thing to do in my opinion. Stand by your customers. read more

Came here because my normal spot was too busy, will not be back. I got my usual gel paint, my nails look like a 7 year old painted them... no time was taken at all and I felt rushed. Upon checking out, I was forced to buy a nail file for $1? Never seen that anywhere at all.... I think I'll stick to my usual spot from here on out, even with a wait. read more

First time here and I love it! The staff is so friendly and they actually carry on a conversation with you. The store itself is pretty big and clean. I got a gel mani and classic pedi today and I am very happy with both. The lady took her time, unlike other places that want you in and out. They also offer you beverages and wine with your pedicure. The one thing that was a first for me was that they charge you $1 for a nail file & buffer that you bring back with you each time. Lastly, I love that you can leave tip on your credit card. I will definitely be coming back here. read more

My friend and I have been going there together since the summer of 2018. Initially, I thought this was going to be the Nail Spot we could depend on for our mani and pedi needs. 1. I get SNS mani and regular polish pedi every single time and have been charged on each occasion a different price. There is no way my total should ever be more than $55. If you are the one who did my nails before, I should not be charged for nail soaking or 1 or 2 tips because YOU suggest I need them in order for them to look better. 2. Since the summer, I have never been offered wine or water as some of the other reviews have suggested. 3. If I come in before someone and have not yet picked a color that is not a free pass to take someone who came in after me. There is more to a mani pedi than the final piece of nail polishing. You should either start prepping for my mani, wait or start on my toes first. PERIOD!! 4. The older woman who tends to only do pedicures is awful with customer service and skill. She complains, expects you to know what she is thinking and saying and if you dont know she gets upset and frustrated with you as if it is not equally if not more frustrating not being able to understand her terrible English and nonverbal signaling. I AM THE CUSTOMER, YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO MEET MY NEEDS. 5. Treat people like you want to be treated. I was a regular for months, but now I'm going to move on because the quality with this shop just depends on the day and person you get. I dont know why nail shops these days dont think people remember previous times at their spot. Consistency in customer service AND PRICING is lacking here. read more

Nikki did a great job on my pedi and French mani and it was reasonably priced. She was understaffed but made me very comfortable while I waited. They also have a huge tv to keep you occupied while you wait. This is Especially great if you are a football fan. The store is clean, bright, and spacious. I would highly recommend this salon. read more

Last Sunday was my last trip to this salon. I've been here a few times and the service was decent however this past visit was anything but decent. I brought my 10 year old daughter in as a birthday treat. After we arrive, they immediately set us down and start to wrap my fingers to take off the previous SNS. 20 minutes later a technician finishes a pedicure and rudely told my daughter to move from her table. I try to explain that she is also a customer waiting to be seen and they had sat her there, but the girl was rude and paid no attention to what I said. She continues to just say "move, this is my table" like a spoiled child. Eventually my daughter and I were both seen. I was charged $56 for my SNS manicure. The technician who did my nails did the worst job I've ever had in my life. He was very rough and during the hand massage, he squeezed my elbow for about 30 seconds and that was that. He stabbed at my cuticles and then badly filed my nails. It's been a week and they already need to be redone. I was never asked if I would like a beverage but others around me were asked. This place is terrible. read more
