I went ti Belle Nails today for the first time and got a pedicure. I must say, I was quite disappointed in the quality of my service. The nail technician that worked on me didn't seem very experienced or attentive. The finished product speaks for itself. I got the gel polish and when I took my socks off later, my nails look bumpy. In the many years I've been getting gel pedicures, this has never happened to me anywhere else! Please do yourself a favor and don't wasn't your waste your money here! read more

The nail salon that I normally patron was closed today. I saw Belle's Nail Bat from the highway and called. When I inquired about their availability the young lady said they take walk ins, asked me my name and said she would be happy to provide service. The business was clean, lovely with modern decorations and I was greeted with smiles from a gentleman that was there and Ida. There was other staff present but I did not interact with them. Ida provided service for me and she is fabulous! I shared the design that I wanted and it turned out better than the picture. She indeed takes pride in her work, was pleasant, professional, but most importantly, she was so kind and gentle. While I received my services, KLove was playing which furthered heightened the atmosphere to be tranquil and peaceful. After this experience, I will be switching to this salon for ALL my nail services. This business is exceptional in technique, cleanliness, location, and professionalism. read more

Unfortunately, my first experience was apparently a rare occasion. I did notice the technician who did my nails the first time has not been there, she was pregnant so I'll assume she's on maternity leave. Last week I had an SNS refill done, I requested my nails be thick, as I'm a waitress and that can be hard on my nails. It seemed to me that she skipped a step or two when it came to dipping my nails, but I trusted her as she is the professional. Within 3-4 all of my nails were cracking. I returned 5 days after my original appointment to have them repaired. Upon this visit I was not upset... everybody makes mistakes. Perhaps she had an off day. So the same nail technician begins to fix my nails, having to completely replace 1/2 of them, and adding an additional few coats to the less severely cracked ones. She continuously tried to validate her original work by telling me that you don't get a base translucent dip unless you have false tips.... which is peculiar to me considering I've been getting SNS for about 2 years, I've never had false tips, and they ALWAYS gave me the base dip; even the first technician I saw on my initial visit (in which I was very satisfied with her work and my nails lasted almost 4 weeks) gave me a base dip. This girl assured me that the multiple dips of color would be enough to keep them strong. It has now been another 5 measly days, and as I was doing laundry (of all things) I had two nails chip. This made it blatantly obvious to me that the base dip is necessary and for the second time this week I've wasted my time at Belle. When this instance occurred I was quite upset, SNS is not cheap by any means, it's actually the most expensive service you can get for your nails... and for $40 + tip I certainly expect my nails to last at least 2 weeks; 5 days is just unacceptable. So I called around 6:00 pm and told them that I needed to come in first thing in the morning, and they needed to give me a fresh SNS refill, using the base dip as I originally requested and make good on their mistake. The technician told me to be there at 10:00 am when they open. Soooooo..... I show up at 10:00 am as instructed, and the salon is CLOSED. No lights on, open sign was not illuminated, doors were locked, and none of my 5 phone call attempts were answered. I waited for 25 minutes; I checked their Facebook for any posts about possible unexpected closures or late starts, and nothing. No sign on the door, just desolation. Every neighboring business was open, so I couldn't make sense of it. My time has been wasted TREMENDOUSLY, and they would have to do something pretty extraordinary to regain my confidence in them. Once I receive the SNS refill that I rightfully deserve for my money I will not be returning. There's no excuse for this level of poor customer service. read more

The salon has beautiful decor, uplifting music, and super-friendly staff. This is as perfect as it gets. I've been to several different ones while in town there over the years. A little pricey but always walk out exactly how I want my nails. I usually get fill in or full set of acrylic and a pedi and the girls who work there are all so sweet and very patient. Definitely recommend! read more

Beware. Unsatisfactory SNS manicure and even worse customer service. The faulty SNS manicure (which oddly took almost 90 minutes to complete) started popping off after 2 days for no apparent reason. Within 4 days, 4 nails had popped off (SNS polish and the tips attached). Unfortunately, we flew out of town the day across the country after the manicure and could not return to the salon to address the issues until our trip ended. Once we returned, I called to describe what happened with the nails. I told them that we had ended up having to have the manicure completely re-done at a salon while we traveled and that we were not satisfied with the results of their manicure. SNS should not pop off for no reason within 2 days. The salon we went to out of town said they work was not done well and that we should definitely follow up when we went home. They felt it was a quality of materials or training issue. The SNS had been applied too thickly and possibly incorrectly and/or the powder wasn't good quality. I called the salon and was passed around to several people until they could figure out who had done the manicure. Immediately after they got the information they wanted the person on the phone started chastising me for not coming back in the day the first nail came off. Keep in mind we were literally across the country. There was no way to swing by the salon in NC from Seattle that day. They were not apologetic, sympathetic and offered to do nothing to make the situation right. They said I could come in and pay for a new manicure and then they would stand by those results provided we came in within a couple of hours if an issue arose. The tone was argumentative and unprofessional. They went so far as to say that it was my problem that we had traveled immediately after the manicure. That's not the response I had hoped for or expected. Lots of ladies travel out of town and out of the country right after a manicure. It is unrealistic to be unwilling to address complaints and concerns unless you come physically into their salon within a few hours. From the way the conversation flowed, I frankly doubt they would address issues that happen right in front of them. read more
