I had an extremely fabulous experience with this store on Via Linda and FLW in the old Safeway center (next to Dollar Tree). I could not the valance to my wood blinds reinstalled and ai stopped in to ask for a tutorial. They not only explained what to do but when I couldn't get it back up, they sent an installer out and in 5 minutes he took of the problem. NO CHARGE! I was not a customer but you can believe I will be and will shout it from the rooftops that they have the best customer service ever! My Roman shade was all crooked on one side. They agreed to redo it.Waited 8 weeks for the new one. It was worst then the old one.It flared out on the bottom ends and was to short. Agreed to redo it again. I have to wait another 6 weeks. Let's see how this goes. This is the easiest kind of blind to sew I am very upset with the quality of the workmen ship of the product. While Diane is lovely, and I understand measuring can be tricky, I've had them back twice to simply hang a roller shade valance return. Does. Not. Fit. Each tech says it was measured wrong. Fantastic experience with Diane Pirman at Elite Shutters and Blinds. She brought her sample books of products to our house, really listened to our goals and limitations, took measurements, and made recommendations. Diane is extremely personable and knowledgeable, and she explained the pros and cons of various options and offered expert advice based on our design preferences and particular circumstances, even when it meant we'd be spending less overall. The installers were on time, neat, and efficient. It has been about 9 months since our shades were first installed, and they are still working flawlessly, (even the automated ones!). A couple months ago, my daughter broke off a small plastic piece from the continuous cord on her shades. We worked with Elizabeth to pick out replacement blinds for a house we recently purchased. She quoted us 3-4 weeks on delivery and another 1-2 weeks for installation. Amazingly, all this happened on the timeframe she quoted! One blind was missing, but they have done a great job in keeping us informed on the status and we now have a date to get the last one installed. Kathy came out and helped us decide what would be the best choice for each set of windows given our parameters. We electrified some shades (with full electric, not batteries) and other shades were pull down. The wait was a little longer than normal because of Covid but they showed up when they said they were going to, everything fit perfectly and the electrification ran perfectly. Although install of plantation shutters was ok minus a few hiccups, no service 3 years later. Don't ask for any repair work. The cost is more then the original install. Assume once you buy it, you can only replace them completely if anything is wrong with them. read more

Great product! Great staff! Great install! They came out promptly and measured my windows. The order/make time was only 3 to 4 weeks...much shorter than the other two companies I contacted. Knowing I was needing them as quickly as possible, the installer called me as soon as he received them and set up the installation for 2 days after. He arrived on time, had all 4 windows done in 1 hour and they work great! I love that they do not have the bar that runs up and down in the front of the blinds...I would definitely contact Elite if I ever need shutters again! read more

I had a great experience with Elite Shutters and Blinds. Elizabeth Sutton came to our home twice to help colorize and finalize our choices. I have am older home and the shutters have really created an updated look. The customer service from Elizabeth, the scheduler, and the installers have been very positive. One of the blinds was bent and they called the day after install to schedule someone to retrieve the blinds and have ordered new ones. I didn't need to initiate- it was done! Excellent quality and service! Dave came out and measured our windows for motorized shades and offered great tips for our questions. For example, Elite uses a 7 1/2" header and other companies we looked at used much smaller. Dave explained how the larger header conceals the screen roller and looks like beautiful crown molding; after installation, I'm so glad we listened to his years of expertise as it does make a huge difference. We selected the type of fabric for our needs, light to come in but filter, and Dave helped to offer options for this selection. Dave is fantastic to work with, not at all pushy, but very informative. They also do other types of window treatments but the motorized window shades were our interest and they look amazing!
