The old sump pump (10 years old) was working fine but based on the expected lifecycle I wanted to be proactive. I already have a Generac 15 KW backup power generator (natural gas powered) so we did not need to put in a battery powered backup. The install took 2-3 hours. Absolutely super 100% job. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. Plumbing One got back to me immediately and I was soon in touch with one of the owners -- Jess. Jess was able to schedule an appointment the next day. She cleared out the line quickly in less than an hour with no issues. Fast forward a month later and my line got clogged AGAIN! Stressed and confused -- I immediately contacted Jess and she said she could check out the issue the next day. She discovered some clothes got clogged in the line since the hydro-jet appointment and was able to dig it out. Goodness! Horrible luck on my end but grateful Jess saved the day twice! One of the technicians stated that it would be in our favor because the 50 gallon tanks were less expensive than the 40 gallon. Price would be around $1,300.00. After they completed the installation, it was denied the conversation took place, thus resulting in a charge of $1,647.59. Will not be requiring their services in the future.
