They were at our house within 24 hours and gave us what we feel was a very reasonable estimate to remove and replace our roof. The job was scheduled promptly and the work was 99% completed in one day with a crew of 8 who worked almost non-stop the entire day. They were obviously very experienced and we were impressed how they all worked cooperatively and efficiently. They cleaned up several times and even sent someone the following day to go around the house searching for nails or debris. Our roof looks great, we are completely satisfied and we highly recommend this company.

He answered quickly and was able to meet me the very next day. Andrew checked our existing roof and took many photos and gave us an honest explanation for why we needed a new roof. He explained the process and all of the different layers and protections such as a de-icer layer and ventilation tiles. I am not a roofing expert myself, but Andrew provided a thorough explanation of the process and had material samples with him. I was able to feel the durability and quality of the new layers for my room. This really put me at ease. Andrew was not a pressure salesman and he also brought up the point that a lot of the roofing tiles were made with petroleum and their costs were rising. The price of a roof could quite literally got up 25% in a year if the oil prices kept rising. My wife and I choose Ciriello and Sons and we are quite happy with the results. It only took 1 day to finish the roof and Andrew even went out of the way to let me use his spare sledge hammer for a side project I had (taking down my shed) I included pictures of the process at different times throughout the day. If you decide to go with Ciriello and Sons. Please let them know that Ben F really recommended them and still appreciates their hard work.

Promises to have excellent work and that the work will be done correctly. However, the workmanship overall is not good, several issues had to be resolved. Stephen (if he comes) shows up on site for maybe 30 mins at the beginning of the day. Stephen doesn't check any of the work to ensure its up to code or if he does, he doesn't know the code and will cause rework later. I requested all work to be permitted at the beginning of the project. After questioning when the inspector was coming, his workers said Stephen was dealing with that. Stephen never filed for the permitting until I told him it had to be done. Work had to be paused for a month while waiting for inspector to come to the house. Cracks in grout from install after 2 months. I found out there was no Schluter or hardy board under the tile and it was put directly onto plywood. After 3 attempts to repair by just adding more grout into the cracks and caulking into the grout, I complained enough that he replaced it with LVP. They poured a concrete pad right before a frost and mounted the split unit condenser on it 2 days after pouring. I asked Stephen to fix this and his response was "it's a useable pad". I was so feed up with the excuses and the terrible workmanship that I didn't even want him to come back. Several other items had to be fixed, mounting the split units within 2 inches from the ceiling, not cleaning the walls before painting, stripped screws, and overall just terrible finishing work. The other issue I had was that they used my tools and shop vac while working on the projects without consent. Completely unprofessional. Stephen Hale offers a good price but the headaches and numerous failed inspections were a nightmare. Spend a little more and avoid the problems.
