(The old one with over 200k on it can't be stopped... go figure!) Anyway, battery is dead randomly, 2 to 3 or more times per week lately. Honda tech can't figure it out. Had car towed in twice and jumped many times. Replaced batteries... most likely one of the thousand sensors on the thing is wonky apparently, but can't figure out which one. Have Honda extended warranty and Honda Roadside Assistance for free jumps, tows, tires, etc... Another contractor Honda Roadside sends always stands me up, is unreliable and unprofessional. (BG Enterprize Inc - they suck!) Mike from LMC is awesome! I now specifically request him when I call in to Honda Roadside. He IS on their list of providers, so don't let any of the operators tell you otherwise. Just ask for them to have him to come out. Professional, informative, happy, friendly and always in a good mood (even at 3 am when it's freezing and pitch dark outside), and most importantly, he gets me back up and running quickly. I highly recommend Mike... if you are stranded in Malvern or surrounding areas, don't hesitate to give him a call! Thanks for always saving me, Mike!

Not only did he not tell us this happened (I was not home at the time) but when he called him about it, he was beligerant to my son and first stated it was like that when he arrived. Later he said he didn't even see it. He wouldn't even take my call. I left a message and a text where I simply stated I needed him to either repair it or rip it out completely. I never received a return phone call. I wound up having to file a police report.

The owner assured us it was a great car and told us the entire vehicle came with a three-year warranty. He specifically stated that if we experienced any issues, we should bring it back to him and he would take care of it. He also said the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected to ensure there were no other problems. Within a few weeks, we discovered that was not the case. We had to return multiple times for an oil leak that was not properly addressed during the first visit (from a BRAND NEW Jasper motor). After three to four trips back, the leak was finally repaired. Before taking it back the final time for the oil leak, my husband thoroughly inspected the vehicle and wrote down several issues he identified, including a broken mount. Our hope was to have everything repaired at once instead of making repeated trips. He left the list of concerns with the head mechanic. When he returned to pick up the vehicle and saw that these items had not been addressed, he raised the concerns again and was told they had not noticed the issue until he pointed it out to them. A few weeks later, another issue arose and the vehicle had to be brought back yet again. Most recently, my husband contacted them because the transmission began slipping. Given the number of problems we have experienced since day one with a vehicle that was presented as reliable and covered by a warranty, we feel misled and taken advantage of. At this point, we are already out more than $6,000 between the down payment, four monthly payments, and the fees required to transfer the vehicle into our name. We are also facing nearly $10,000 more in remaining payments on a vehicle that may soon be unsafe or undriveable -- a devastating financial loss for our family. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from or having service performed here.

3D Roadside LLC damaged my car and refused to take responsibility. I originally called for a tow…read morebecause my battery had died. The driver, Robert, told my mechanic that power steering fluid had leaked all over his tow truck. My mechanic quickly confirmed this wasn't true - it was coolant from a broken engine coolant pipe. The damage was caused when Robert broke the housing on my upper radiator hose while attempting to jump my battery. My mechanic made it clear that my car could not have been driven in this condition at all, which proves the damage happened while in 3D Roadside's care. Before the tow truck touched my vehicle, the only issue was a dead battery. No fluids were leaking prior to their involvement. When I called 3D Roadside LLC to report the damage, they hung up on me and blocked my number. This company is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and takes no accountability for their actions.

I just had the absolute pleasure of having Cameron from T&J Towing coming to pull my Wrangler out…read moreof my very narrow garage on an incline. I was using AAA and I had an afternoon of other 3rd party tow services come to try and get it out of my garage, but they would arrive and then tell me they didn't even want to try. Cameron was the 3rd to arrive and he was my last hope. I don't even have words to describe the service he provided. He was just amazing. From the moment he got out of the truck, he was kind, professional and showed no hesitation to get the job done. He was also super respectful and gentle with my wrangler, which I appreciated immensely. He made sure he didn't rush fast, that everything was perfect and that all went smoothly.
