I can't tell you how convenient it is to choose your own day and time! I scheduled my appointment for 9 a.m. on Thursday morning. The actual business is located inside Randalls, adjacent to the pharmacy which was yet another great convenience. This location is relatively new having only been opened since October 2016 so everything was clean and pristine. I arrived 5 minutes early, signed in and waited about 2 minutes before being called. I had the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful and proficient phlebotomist named Katrina. She had no problems drawing blood and luckily I didn't feel a thing. All in all, it was a great experience, I will definitely be utilizing this location in the future.

Where do I begin, this was the worse experience ever. From something that should have been a simple…read morestitch removal turned into a nightmare.. totally can't believe they have a Texas license to practice. Basically I came in for a simple stitch removal by my ear. The lady cut the stitch in the center, leaving a piece of stitching inside causing a bad infection that lead me to the emergency room. She had one job to cut the stitch from one end and pull gently to remove the whole stitch out. Well this untrained person, left a piece inside unbeknownst to me. When the area would not heal and I felt pulsing and it turned red I had to go to the emergency room to have the small stitch piece removed by a professional. I also noticed that the medical instruments were not in a bag or in a sterile environment, so this also could have contributed to my infection because they were in open air exposed to everything. Then to top it off my emergency bill was almost $900 dollars, I have reached out to the Clinic to get reimbursement for there incompetency and at least an apology, and I have been ignored. I was not going to write a review because I understand people make mistakes, however to make a mistake and also not pay for it is beyond me.. I will have to report them to the TX Medical Board and seek justice through legal means. Please save yourself the grief of what I went through and go elsewhere!

Super easy- scan your DL and insurance card and then pick a time you want to be seen. I did the earliest time which was in the next 10 minutes. I sat down and was called back in not even 5 minutes! The phlebotomist was super nice and very fast. The way she tied the tourniquet did not hurt at all and she was able to find my vein right away. The only thing that I would suggest people do is to drink a lot of water before getting blood work! I didn't drink too much prior and my veins were small and my blood wasn't coming out as fast. However, she was still able to get the amount she needed for my tests. After she got all of the vials, she was done and I was already out the door in 10 minutes max. I had a bandage on my arm for a little over 30 minutes and when I took it off I was pleased to see that I did not bruise (: Another thing that I would note- I originally stepped into the "blood center" on accident since there was a big sign above the door. However, Quest does not have a sign and instead the indicator is a white drop off box next to the door and you just go inside. Hope this helps if you can't find it!

I had to do an appointment to ask about them, and their response me that they don't know explain me why my results haven't arrived and that it's not their responsibility, but rather responsibility of lab that does testing. The patient doesn't deal directly with that lab; the pacient do deal directly and pay to Quest Diagnostic. They are very irresponsible. The service is awful; you never can't contact them by phone or email because none customer service numbers work. No one will answer and they don't have informacion available for customers I stop doing my job and personal matters to go in person to ask about my results, only to receive the response that it's not their problem. Don't go to Quest Diagnostic. They are very irresponsible, inefficient, and very unprofessional. Lab Corp is much better
