This is where I found the reviews I read about this company to be intriguing enough for me to check them out for myself. It was a slight challenge in the beginning to locate the actual office since it's in a shared space however, once I was in the right place it was smooth sailing from there! I presented my vision and the team worked with me from day one to bring it to life. I felt heard, understood, and assured that this would be a birthday celebration that I would always remember and cherish. Being that I'm visual I had the opportunity to stop by to see the limo and ask additional questions both in person and over the phone. For my special day, I chose to be chauffeured around for the entire day. I contracted for an A/D service (as directed). I chose the city I wanted and was able to make as many stops as I wanted within the timeframe that I requested. It was a blessing that the sun shined brightly this day because it was a huge factor in helping my vision be fulfilled. My morning began at church, then on to brunch, then an escape room, then handcrafting a Charcuterie board which came out beautiful and lastly some dancing. When I say it was a full day....I was happily exhausted! Here are a few take aways based on my experience. Our driver (Fernando) was in for a treat with 7 rambunctious kids but he was so patient and fun. He also took amazing group photos for us. Our destination wasn't far so we just wanted to cruise around the city and let the boys enjoy time in the limo. After the event, he was waiting outside the school (so everyone got to see the boys get Picked up in a limo which was extra awesome for them!) and took us to in-n-out. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style.
