I previously made a post about Nail Pro on Liberty Road and had to subsequently go somewhere else due to the horrible service I received. I didn't even know Elite Nails & Spa was in the very next shopping center. Desperate to get my nails done, I walked in not in the best mood. I was greeted and in less than 5 minutes I was sitting in front of Lisa. Lisa was bubby, full of conversation, and smiles. Her personality was a whole vibe which in a very short time, turned my whole mood around. She did a great job with the fill-ins, was fast and an overall joy to meet. ZERO STARS NONE NADA ...and that's still too many! I asked for my nails to be soaked off. Initially they were going to try the short cut where they use a nail to rip my old nails off. When I verbalized that my preference was a proper soak off they proceeded as such. As I looked around I noticed how dirty the spot was and decided to take pictures because words weren't enough. I still paid and tipped 20% but I won't be coming back to risk staph infection anytime soon. read more

I've always got my usual almond shape nails done by Cindy and its been great, no complaints from what I would say. My nails turned out absolutely perfect. I've also gotton french tips done before and it turned out amazing as well. Workers try their best to commicate but of course I understand the language barrier can be difficult. Overall, I had a great experience and love the results! Will definitely come again. read more

I went there this morning with my sister, we both were getting pedicures. We were immediately greeted and put in chairs. While my sister was getting her pedicure, I had a great massage from the massage chair. She finished my sister and then started me. (I don't know her name). It was all downhill from there. She was cleaning up my feet and I noticed she didn't do the heel of my right foot. No big deal because my feet are in good condition. Then she put the scrub on my feet but didn't massage them or my legs. Then I looked and there was a man getting a pedicure and the lady was massaging the he!! out of his legs. My sister was in the waiting area, so I called her and asked her did they massage her legs. No. So, now I'm pissed because that man was getting much better service than my sister & I got. But I didn't say anything. I just wanted to get finished and get out there. Then, while I was looking at my phone, she polished my toes. I looked up and saw the polish, it was terrible. It's spring, so I had selected a nice spring, pink tone. The polish was watery and streaked. So, I told her the polish was terrible. She removed it. By this time, I'm livid that she would even consider putting that horrible quality polish on my toes. She removed the polish and offered to put another color on, but I said no, I'll do it myself. It wasn't just about the polish. The overall service was horrendous. This was like my 3rd or 4th time going to this place and my last because #1 the service should be the same for everyone. Most places usually let you select the type of pedicure from a menu, not this place. If they are not going to let you select the type of pedicure you want, every customer should be receiving the same or similar service and when I told my sister about the polish she told me, the same lady put something in her bottle of polish so there would be enough to do her pedicure. A clear sign that they are watering down the polish. Needless to say, that when it was time to pay there was quite a scene. They had the audacity to charge me $30 for a lousy, no polish, no leg or foot massage, pedicure. In the end, they were paid but I will never return and will ensure that no one I know ever goes there. Out of all the nail salons I've ever been to in life, this gives the absolute worst service. Pleasing their customers is not a priority. After taking a picture, I can see how poorly cut my cuticles are and how badly shaped my toenails and I had to pay $30 for this mess!!! And my feet are dry. Why do I have dry feet, when I just came out of a nail salon??? No way am I going back!!! read more

It was my first time there. The lady who did my nails Did a decent job. However two things stood out 1) they do not greet customers. Two ladies came In while I was getting serviced and they didn't say a thing. Yes everyone was with a client but no one spoke. I look at stuff like that. 2) they could use a deep clean. I entered the salon and was greeted promptly. I told the technician what I wanted, which was a gel polish change. I requested OPI Alpine Snow (a white polish). She claimed to not have it and presents me with a cheaper brand white polish. No, this is not what I want. After showing my disgust, suddenly a bottle of exactly what I asked for appears. She pulls out a drill to use on my natural nail to buff off the top layer of polish. In the many years of having nail services, I have never had a drill on my natural nail. It was uncomfortable and hurt. She then pours a bowl of acetone and tells me to place my hand in. This was also a first. I told her that I did not want to remove the polish in that manner. I requested that my nails be wrapped with foil with acetone soaked cotton. This clearly upset her. Technician began to exclaim how much faster the bowl was. I am not concerned with speed. I am concerned with quality. She wrapped my nails as requested but not without passing me off to another technician. I was asked to move to another workstation. The 2nd technician spoke to me and began to paint my nails. The coats were horrible. At this point, I just want the service over with so that I may return to my hotel. When it was all over the appearance was not crisp and clean as I'd hoped. Polish all around my cuticle. And no attempt by the technician to clean up the cuticle area. No clean lines anywhere along my cuticle. Needless to say, I will not return to this salon for service even though it is near one of my work sites that I visit frequently when I am in the area. Wasted money and time. I just can't wait to get back home to get this mess off my hands and done correctly. read more

BAD Costumer service. 1st I wasn't greeted. No biggie, but... I felt like I was bothering them to get my nails done. It showed in her work. I complained to her, she didn't answer me. Instead she talked about me with her coworker in her language. I tried to complain to the store manager. He was even less concerned with my complaints. NEVER going here again. I've been here twice before and wasn't treated this way. They lost a customer. read more

I brought my daughter here. We each got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. My daughter's nails looks pretty. My nail tech rushed my nails big time! My nails look messy. Very sloppy looking. I dislike going to nail places where people act annoyed that you are there to patronize their business. Very sloppy work. This was my first and last time patronizing this business. read more

The staff was truly wonderful here. My mom and I stopped through on my birthday for an impromptu experience. I can't say much to the unqiueness of this place but its a solid good nail salon with the typical hang ups. I had a good technician who was very funny. My mom had a guy who messed up the nail and instead of starting over did some wild clear nail polish cover up and whose jokes didn't quite land the way that he may have hoped! Ladies do not go to this salon. Pay attention, they are not cleaning, disinfection, sterilization their tools. They don't have a autoclave sterilization device, which is now available in the good salons who care about the customer. They don't even use the blue stuff you might see at a hair salon or barber shop. They are simply using those tools over and over without cleaning. You can get hepatitis, hiv exc. They don't care and they aren't that good, as soon as it gets busy, they rush and the quality of their work is awful. I don't know what happened over the years, new management I guess but I will never go there. Don't you either don't waste your time, go there and look how they reuse the tools without cleaning, look at how dirty it is in there. read more
