Not a fan! Although to be fair (reason for 2 stars), we never had him do anything too intense. The…read morework he did for us is his bread and butter, like carb tune ups, valve adjustments, and getting a couple older bikes running. Shane loves to talk the talk but his bread and butter work is definitely not up to this ultra high standard that he has when he posts on his facebook page. From those posts alone, I would think he does good work if you're going for a full engine rebuild or something like that. When Shane had our bikes, he constantly delayed the pick up appointments and put a gnarly ding in the paint on an originally painted tank from 1974, which he then proceeded to give back to us with no repair done to it on his behalf. That alone kind of signaled to us that it was time to be done with this mechanic, then when asked about the chipped paint, and he didn't take any responsibility for it. Also when our new mechanic opened up both of our bikes this week, he found the same type of laziness inside that Shane posts about others on his FB page. For his sake, I hope he gets his act together, but for your sake, I hope you catch on to the BS before we did.

Ed is either not honest or not skilled, possibly both. We bought a new Firman generator that ran…read morerough and died under a load. He diagnosed as sand in the fuel. We use the fuel for all our small equipment - no issues. Sand in the gas is not covered under warranty, but Firman agreed to split the cost by covering new parts and we cover labor. We could live with that. After no call back from Ed for over 3 weeks we finally picked it up to have the exact same issues! Firman agreed to replace our generator due of the horrible service we endured with Ed.

My issue is this, I went to do a simple tune up, plugs and wires, ive done alot in the automotive industry, no big deal, the plug wire separated, also happens, there are 2 plug wires on my buggy, they do not sell them as a set, each from polaris, is ridiculous in price, and on back order, no after market options I've been able to find, edge, where I paid a stupid amount of money to, said they'd order the parts, it's take care of yer customers first, get them back up and running.
