It's also very easy to get from one gate to another. I was dropped off curbside and was thru TSA in a just a few minutes. A new parking garage was added a year ago that has lots of covered parking and EV chargers. The rental cars are conveniently located at the luggage claim area located downstairs. Definitely a stress free travel experience.

There was an assortment of cereal, fruit, bagels, muffins, yet no milk or cream cheese. I asked the male enployee behind the desk for mill and he responding that he was getting them. A minute later, I saw him pushing a cart so I grabbed a milk for my cereal. My son had not yet gotten a milk so he followed the man as he walked to the ice machine with the milk. Apparently, the man did not realize my child was behind him. The next thing I heard was the man screaming "Christ Jesus" so loudly that he easily could have woken up guests. He then continued by yelling at my son and castigizing him for standing too close. I ran to where my son was and told the man it was completely unacceptable for him to yell at a child. The male employee defended himself. We brought our food to our room since we did not feel comfortable eating in the lobby. As we passed the employee in the hallway, he told my son he should wear a bell. We checked out about 4am. $200 for a short stay and a scary morning.

We weren't sure what time he would be discharged, so DJ told us to just give him a call and he'd pick us up and take us home. We called DJ at 9 PM, and he was at the hospital in less than 15 minutes. He was so kind and helpful, making sure we got into and out of the car safely. And the price was so reasonable - $138 total for both trips together! We wouldn't hesitate to use Best Taxi again!

This was September 3, 2020 (Covid protocols still in place). We were told at check-in that there was no breakfast served, but they would have a grab bag for us with breakfast items. We went to checkout in the morning and no grab bag...they had the breakfast area open and two other couples were inside the breakfast area... no social distancing at all. We grabbed a couple of granola bars and left. Coffee and hot water was available in four pots, which were communal and not sanitized between each customer. Went to the front counter to turn in our keys and saw this sign (see first picture) saying no one was available at the front desk. So I went to slide my keycards under the plastic shield to leave them next to their computer and one card fell on the floor behind the desk (I didn't throw them... one card bounced out of the card holder). A young man (Taran) came from somewhere in the back of the counter area and said "That was not necessary!" I asked what wasn't necessary. He said "throwing the cards. no one was going to use your card to open your room." (He was implying I could have left them on the counter where anyone could have gotten to them...they had the room number written on the card holder.) I told him I wanted to make sure they were out of the way and tried to get them next to his computer. He was extremely annoyed which made me mad! I told him that that was lousy customer service, made sure I noted his name, took a picture of the sign saying no one was at the front desk, and left. (Note: when he walked from the outer office to the counter area, he was only right there the whole time...but I couldn't see him behind the wall. Why not stay behind the counter where you're supposed to be?!). I called corporate and made a complaint about the terrible customer service and the blatant disregard for adherence to Covid-19 protocols.

He was 10mins early, his driving was the best! None of this slamming on the breaks or sharp turns nonsense. He was friendly, accommodating, a listening ear, professional from start to finish, and stayed close through out this whole process. They picked up my son and his wife from the Sioux Falls airport and drove them through a snowstorm to Mitchell. They had missed a connection in Denver from San Jose due to weather and had to take a late flight to try to get to their grandmother's visitation service. No other limo service was available because of holiday light bookings. The owner's wife volunteered to take them in her personal auto. There are not enough stars in the world to rate people like this.

We were so tired we really didn't care so we kept that room. We did have a very nice view as this property is kinda out of the city. When I walked up, I had say hi to heavyset one because she was knitting and didn't greet me. I told her in a nice way that knitting at work isn't appropriate. She's the manager, so she doe whatever apparently. I was going to forgive the attitude and asked for a room. But she didn't even stop her knitting. She rudely said "We don't have rooms." A younger girl walked from a room in the back. I asked her about availability sense the other lady wuldn't even look at her computer. The younger one said that I needed to leave because I was already "helped." I tried to argue, but was told that the manager has the right to refuse service. I was vary upset. I will stay at other hotels in the area when I travel back through.
