We weren't sure what time he would be discharged, so DJ told us to just give him a call and he'd pick us up and take us home. We called DJ at 9 PM, and he was at the hospital in less than 15 minutes. He was so kind and helpful, making sure we got into and out of the car safely. And the price was so reasonable - $138 total for both trips together! We wouldn't hesitate to use Best Taxi again!

When I called after giving them 1/2 hour to show, to find out if the driver was on the way, they hung up on me. They also hung up on me on my several other call attempts and by the 3rd call I got voice mail. Ended up driving myself to the surgical center, had to leave my car there and find a different taxi service to get home after surgery. He has been honked at numerous times, will not exceed 20mph and is constantly tanking phone calls which distract him. I called the company number on here and his cell phone rang while immediately. I was merging onto the Interstate and one of this taxi companies drivers was behind me. She was…read moreright on my bumper and when I signaled to get over to merge into traffic she swung out around me and cut me off. She then proceeded to throw her hands in the air and flip me off. She then drove up beside me and was yelling at me very angrily and flipping me off. When I called the owner he said he would let her know and then kept repeating "oh that's not good" in a monotone voice. He wasn't even surprised. And who is he going to let know? The driver? She already knows what she did. She's a road rager and she's dangerous to other drivers. When I told him he didn't seem concerned at all he hung up on me. I will keep this in mind and in future if I ever need a taxi I will surely not call this company
