The team at Royal Limousine were helpful from the start. Tina was a rockstar and was working on getting a service for our team who were going to be stranded 2 hours away at an airport. We had changed the number of people two times and changed the pick up time once due to weather delays. She was prompt to answer the phone and resolve my travel issues. We used this service to take us from airport to Mitchell and then also to return to airport. The driver was on time, very professional and courteous and even entertaining. I have used this service on several occasions for my elderly mother when she needed to go to airport and have been 100% satisfied. Very reasonable rates and very clean vehicles. A year ago, my family and I rented a limousine for a Christmas light tour. What great service! Our driver Mike was so polite and courteous! From rolling out the red carpet, to stocking the vehicle with beverages and happily stopping wherever we directed him! Worst service I have ever received. The lady was unwilling to use the interstate so the two rides she actually had to give ended up taking and hour each. She didn't answer her phone and she was rude when she did. At the end of the evening, I told her we were ready to leave and she had the balls to ask us how many stops she had to make and then said she could only do one. Mind you, she sat in a parking lot for 90% of the the time. Nobody should ever use these people. They overcharge and they have TERRIBLE customer service. read more

This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. When discussing the details 4 days prior to our event I was informed we could no longer bring our own alcoholic beverages on the bus, and if we wanted to have them we had to purchase through the company. This was never disclosed while booking and because of an old law that was brought to the public eye this was enforced. I understand following the law, but when I requested to cancel and get our deposit back so we could potentially plan differently, I was told I couldn't. In addition to this I asked if there was any sort of compensation that would be allowed as this was not disclosed to me when booking and I was told they would not do anything. After I had explained how this would now be costing us extra I was told it wouldn't because people would have had to buy their own alcohol anyways. We had to provide a list of beer and wine/wine beverages we wanted them to purchase and had to pay them for going to purchase it. I had requested a call back for the exact amount that would be charged for the alcohol and had to call them back as they didn't follow up with me. It was a constant back and forth that in no way was customer friendly. I was quoted the wrong prices numerous times. When the night arrived and the bus picked us up I signed the contract provided. The music was not working initially as well as we were missing one of the 12 packs requested that was paid for and another item they got the wrong type of. The only good part about the bus was the driver. I called that following Monday as I wanted to add an extra tip for the driver because he was good and verified the amount that was remaining and would be charged. She didn't have the price in front of her but when I advised of the price she agreed and I thought that was the end of it. Hours later I received a phone call from the owner that stated he did not get the contract updated, had the incorrect amount on there and was requesting to charge me more money even though this was not my mistake and the contract was signed the night of. I was told I should have known the amount was incorrect as we had verbally discussed amounts prior. The conversation ended with the owner finally telling me he would charge my card with the amount I wanted it to be charged and "to have a nice life". I will never use them again nor will anyone that came on the bus with us that evening. read more
