I attempted to plan a trip to Italy on my own for my wife and myself. Several transportation issues to contend with in Italy such as arranging water taxis in Venice, parking near Vatican City and the Colosseum, tickets for Vatican City during Year of Jubilee, etc.. A guided tour of Italy was the correct decision. They had all tickets and transportation covered. We had two meetings at the their office months before the tour to familiarize ourselves with what to expect, pack, etc.. I requested, and they perfectly arranged a side trip during a free morning to visit my grandfather's childhood home near Pisa. We encountered no surprises and had a great experience. Granted she is my sister-in-law, but she impressed me. She had several great options for us to choose from when we booked our trip to Tulum, she even found some unexpected upgrades at no extra cost after booking. we started our planning of our trip about six months ago two things I wanted first class airfare she told me it's expensive well so dozen eggs but if you only buy eggs once a year you can afford to go the extra few bucks but of course I have no idea what that amount is an updated cabin on our she checked the day before we flew out of course no updates available. This travel agent from all about travel never asked us any questions. She just up sold the hell out of us and we did not know it and tell Wright at the end of our seven day cruise , imagine going into your bedroom and watching TV from your bed like you have the flu for seven days we were charged for a liquor package. We don't drink we were charged for a fitness class. I've never been to a gym. We were charged a gratuity charge for the ship not the employees , we were told to bring $200 in cash we spent that on cab fare to and from the airport we were charged $88 for a ride from the cruise ship to the airport. Had no idea about that until two days after we were back home oh, we were charged for two deluxe desserts every day .I don't remember but it was like 300 bucks never had one She never asked us any questions at all. She knew that we never been on a cruise before but now when we got back well, apparently this is all my fault because I didn't ask questions like I would even know the right questions to ask , all about travel I've read all the reviews. There's a lot of agents that have excellent reviews but this one has no reviews at all except for me. I won't mention her name, but she has no business being a travel agent. She has went to Cruse some kind of class or something and I believe my guess is that up sell up sell up sell but make sure you don't tell the people about it because they're not gonna wanna buy it , also I asked her why our flight got to Salt Lake City. On the way home. The cruise ship charge me $100 on my credit card still have not heard an answer about that. I feel that she owes us about $1800 of the $7100 that we spent for seven days of hell we did see one really good show on board. All the rest of the shows were trivia games and musicals. There has to be something that I hate more but I have no idea what that would be . . Here's a good one for you all the way from Sioux Falls to Minneapolis to Seattle Delta takes one can of Diet Coke and gets three servings out of it. Delta gave away to me about a can and a half of Diet Coke for my whole trip. I also paid extra for comfort plus. read more

We were attending a funeral in Sioux Falls, SD , travelling from Southern California. Two people at "All about travel" stand out! Melissa S & Stacey K were over the top! Not knowing the area they found us flights at the least expensive rate, a hotel and a car. They were compassionate based on our situation and made sure that we did not have to lift a finger. Everything was taken care of for us, we had communication from them throughout the process and then received a final itinerary with all of the details including maps and directions. The service was outstanding, the price was better than I found online and these two people went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
