It's clearly looks like new management stepped it up & renovated the car wash & I like how it's all new equipment with strong free vacuums, barely any waits in line (at this time haha) & a colorful wash ride. On my drive to work, I kept seeing a grand opening sign here for a $1 car wash but kept missing the opportunity until it increased to $3, so0o I finally decided to stop & wash my car on a nice sunny day. It's right next to Dairy Queen so make sure to slow down to not miss the entrance. You'll be able to first drive by their FREE vacuums which have spacious lots to hustle around your car without worrying about elbowing or scratching your neighbor's car. The vacuums looked all newly replaced, were strong & were able to reach around to the back of my car. Then I went for the Silver wash which is priced at $12, but the attendant stopped to share that they still have their ongoing grand opening promotion for a 30 days UNLIMITED LAVA WASH (their highest wash option) for $1!!! Such a great bargain & incentive to lure in customers! I had a colorful wash, short ride but fun and was met by hand dryers at the end. I had no issues or complaints & will be excited to return! They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services. He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. You can still get fair prices in 2026.

I always heard to only do hand washes to minimize scratches on the car. The first time I come here not only did they do a horrible job with the outside wash. It wasn't dried properly at all so it looked like crap but they scratched the hell out my paint. I went to the manager (as seen in the picture) and after telling him my problem that their towel or drying mat scratched it so bad that it looked partly keyed I was told "prove it" then he continued to laugh in my face (as you can see in the picture). The thing about teslas is the car is recording at all times. What would've been a $60 buff is going to turn into something completely different and this business has no one to thank but the manager. I would've been okay with a simple "we apologize" and would've said just be more mindful of peoples cars and paid for the buff my self. I'd love to see how long the manager stays laughing at messing peoples cars up.

I went to Rutherford Car Wash and was shocked at how quick and minimal the process was. The machine wash lasted about 30 seconds, easily the shortest I've ever seen. I even mentioned my surprise to the owner, Glenn. I opted for the $28 package, expecting a real upgrade from the basic wash. Instead, it felt like I got the $8 basic package with nothing extra. The interior cleaning was a complete letdown--no spray was used on the dashboard or side door panels, dust was still everywhere, and the windows were barely touched. Glenn did try to make it right by having them redo it, but even after that, I was still scratching dirt off the doors and panels with my fingers--something that should have come off easily with proper cleaning. Honestly, I feel like I should go back, ask for some spray and a roll of paper towels, and show them how it's done. For $28, I expected a much better job. Would not recommend.
