I don't know why there are so many bad reviews because everyone here is so great! I brought my 3 year old in (who has disabilities) and they put her favorite show on to make her more comfortable. The doctor took a quick peek at her teeth and just told me to brush more often and that we will start X-rays next year. They had a cute little treasure chest of toys for my daughter to pick from at the end. I need a lot of work done on my teeth; Invisalign, deep cleaning, fillings, and eventually veneers. The doctor was extremely informative and knowledgeable. I had 4 different hygienists help me (X-rays, pictures, impressions, cleaning) and each one was polite and friendly. I had some issues initially with the scheduling but I called frustrated and they fixed everything for me. The past couple of years that I have been going here, I saw negativity from the staff among each other not only with customers. A couple of their dental hygiene confined in me that she's had enough and quitting due to the drama and negativity within the staff and the manager. I am not sure what kept me in this, I regret staying with this dental office for two years. I would never get any referrals done in this office, they would assure you that they will take care of it and get back, but weeks go by they wouldn't call back, I had to chase them down. The most unprofessional, careless, and immature receptionists. The main issue was the manager, she kept hiring without properly professional training, they would answer the phone without stating their name, and once out on hold they would forget to pick up the call...this is to say the least. The doctor is over charging for his implant procedures, he is greedy, and unprofessional. He's an arrogant doctor, he would not sit properly by you and listen to your concerns. He would always have this (I gotta go demeanor while speaking with you) very unsympathetic to your issues, and overboard arrogant!!!!!! I read bad reviews of them but I thought i will give them a chance to prove they are good, as I met Dr Raman Singh informally recently during the Diwali Mela at Mountain House, and found him to be a reasonable person to talk to, but I have to admit, I am very disappointed after I visited his clinic. I went to their Tracy clinic (instead of Mountain House) where the doctor spends most of his time and found the front office and their manager very raw, untrained, impolite and very unprofessional. After they mishandled me, I changed my mind and dropped the idea of continuing with this clinic and the doctor as I did not want to be subjected to any more improper behavior and unprofessional attitude. I was given an out the door quote in Sept. 2020, of $3500.00 for a procedure, and in Feb. of 2021 the office manager charged me another $495.00 for an x-ray she left out of the quote. I'm not sure if the doctor knew about this but that is bad business in my opinion. this place is horrible. my first visit they tried to upsell me a new mouth. the doctor has many degrees and must be trying to pay off his student loans. second visit, they kept xraying my mouth over and over because their cord was defective. I made an appointment to fix a broken tooth, it took a week and then they wouldn't fix my tooth. they only wanted to xray and clean. so I left. I went into elite dental care last week and got a cleaning and two cavities filled. Both top and bottom on one side of my mouth. I was numbed of course and only expected a bit of a sore mouth from the aftermath; this was not the case. First of all, the ladies were nice but definitely too rough. They wedged my mouth open multiple times. The dentist cleaned my teeth very rough and after me groaning multiple times that it hurt, continued to dig at my gums. The dental assistant seemed like she was training and didn't know what to do, she was asking the dentist many questions as if she was unsure of what to do or what tool was which. This made me uncomfortable. But this was not my issue.. the issue was the aftermath. My face on the side of the fillings was puffy for about 3 days afterwards, and I have a NASTY, painful bruise on my cheek. I'm not sure if it was from the injections or from them being too rough and literally wedging my jaw open for an hour. It has been a week today and this is what my bruise looks like. Unfortunately there's not much I can do because it's not considered malpractice. I have never had this happen to me after fillings nor have I known anyone who has experienced this. The office is clean, and the staff is friendly. At my initial consult, I was running a little behind and called them. They were understanding. Once I got there, I filled out the paperwork and was quickly seated, then had x-rays done. He was confident in being able to do the root canal I needed. Once my insurance approved it, I made another appointment for it. He was precise in his work on my molar, and they gave me breaks as they worked. I was in at 8 am and out by 11 am. I was impressed that the ladies called to check up on me after the weekend, too. Never had that happen before, and it was nice. I went back a week later for a check up and was seen pretty quickly. Yes, they take pics of your teeth, and put them on a screen so you can see what they see that is good or needs work. That's helpful instead of just hearing it. My husband and I was treated terrible by the staff and doctor. We got sick and wasn't able to make our Saturday appointment and I left a message but dialed one digit wrong, "probably because I wasn't well that day". And I left the message on the wrong voicemail. I love the dentist except for the fact that I just drove out here from Antioch, had unexpected construction traffic on basically every road. Got here 4 minutes past their 10 minute cutoff and was told they had to reschedule me. I always wait at least 30 minutes to an hr to be seen and that's ok with them. But I show up 4 minutes later than their 10 minute cutoff and they tell me I have to reschedule? If you want your patients to never be late, always be there at the exact minute of their appt, then maybe you should do the same for your patients! Maybe you should not schedule your appts so close together, making your patients wait up to 1 1/2 hours for their appt (that's the longest I've waited). The dentist is absolutely amazing, does great work! He is honestly the only reason I have continued coming here and the only reason I gave 3 stars! The other staff, besides 1 or 2 of the assistants, are very rude though. Especially the head lady! However, after today, i am not sure if i will come back. I will have to go home and think about if I want to return. Maybe I will just wait until I move down south in a few weeks and get the work finished then. read more
