Dr. Sanchez helped me with a chipped tooth and was able to squeeze me in her schedule within a week of me inquiring about an appointment. When I came in, she was so attentive to my needs and was able to not only fix the chipped tooth by smoothing it down (free of charge), she also smoothed down other nearby teeth so that they would look more uniform. My family and I have been patients of hers for over 10 years and she always treats us like family. She is very skilled, gentle, and super sweet, which is exactly what you would you want in a dentist. She's also incredibly generous--she never lets me walk out of the office without a bunch of top notch toothbrushes (Oral B), whitening toothpaste (hello Crest!), floss, and even travel packs of toothbrushes/toothpaste. I have never met any other dentist who does this! And it is much appreciated. Her care and love for her patients and her job shows. I cannot recommend her and her office enough! She will make you feel comfortable 2.) the clinic is so transparent about fees, they care about their patients not paying too much out of pocket 3.) Dr. Sanchez is amazing. She really listens to her patients. I like that she only works on one patient at a time, and uses filtered water. Dr. Sanchez takes extra care of her patients, right down to making sure your lips don't dry/crack or have your mouth open too long without a break. She is fast but thorough. Dr. Sanchez would normally get 5 stars from me. But i would give 0 stars if possible for the staff. Steven in particular. The "insurance guy". The rest of the girls at the front desk are friendly but everyone points the finger at someone else when you're not happy with something. I have been seeing Dr. Sanchez for over 10 years and never a complaint about her or her work. She is thorough, friendly, gentle... never would I have thought that her office would rip me off. I came in 2018 without insurance for a crown. They charged me $1035 as a cash patient. At the time, that was fine, whatever the cost. I needed to get it done. Unfortunately in 2019 I ended up needing another crown on the opposite side. I now have insurance and the cost for them for the same thing is only $700+. When asked why I had to pay more as a CASH PAYING PATIENT, their only answer was that $1200 was the "ethical standard rate" for patients that cant afford insurance and I got a discount at that time. Steven was unable to give me a straight answer as to why they charged a struggling cash patient over $300 more for the same thing as what they are charging the insurance company, and told me "that's why people get insurance" so they dont have to pay as much. Doesnt sound very ethical to me. Any time I asked a question I was told to hold on while they go and ask someone else for the answer. Nobody seems to know how to handle any type of question. ****A WORD TO THE WISE...IF YOU ARE A CASH PATIENT, NEGOTIATE THE AMOUNT IN ADVANCE AS YOU ARE PAYING MORE THAN SOMEONE WITH INSURANCE. THIS IS SOMETHING THEY RATHER YOU NOT KNOW OR QUESTION. read more

Well I've had nothing but good experiences at this office. Dr. Sanchez is so sweet. My husband and son often go in together, and she remembers them and always gives me dental packs to take home to them. As others have said Dr. Sanchez is great and very talented. Unfortunately, that is where the good ends. There is a male dentist who isn't very good and did a lousy exam and cleaning. The office staff is rude and obnoxious, especially the gentleman. They switch dentists on you when you expect to have Sanchez. The male dentist missed four cavities that Dr. Sanchez found...really? Makes me know that he shouldn't be allowed to practice. Also, I like to know that Dr. Sanchez takes her time with her patients, but it would be nice if they let people know that the dentist is running behind before they arrive. They want you there on time, but do not have the same consideration for their patients. I have had to wait 45 minutes with no apologies no consideration for the patient. read more
