My second go around with elite auto service. They are amazing and have great pricing. They are especially good with foreign vehicles. My first time with them was with my Volkswagen Jetta and this time around I brought in my mom's Toyota RAV4. I highly recommend them. Friendly, efficient and affordable. read more

I took my car in to get fixed. Asked for a diagnostic. They told me it's the fuel pump. They fix the fuel pump. They then said it was the fuel injector. Then they say oh rats chewed on the wiring. All the while they don't do any electrical work or wiring. They knew from the start that there were sensor codes from the obd reader that had nothing to do with the fuel pump. There were a few sensor codes reflected that. But to swap two parts out when they knew the wiring was bad is not professional and for sure a scam. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. BAD BUSINESS. they literally gave my car back not working and said find an electrical shop. They could've told me that at the beginning due to the wires appearing chewed on. It cost $1250. Do not come here. Feeling robbed. read more

Super friendly and honest place. Highly recommend. They have great pricing as well. They care about their customers.

The service my girlfriend received here was amazing! Owner Nina is AWESOME and explained everything with full transparency. Mechanic Francisco was quick and thorough! They fixed the issue and helped us get to an appointment on time with minimal cost and short same day notice from us asking for repairs. They have earned our trust and repeat business :) ALL businesses should run this smooth and it's definitely the best example I've seen in a long time of treating your customers right! read more

This place is the best! The owner works the front desk and she is so kind and super friendly. I take all my cars here for oil changes and the price is very good. My keyless fobs stopped working and the Toyota dealer wanted $269 just to diagnose it. She had a mobile tech come out and he fixed it on the spot for $75. read more

Very good service and affordable price. Not to mentioned the very nice lady at the front desk Nina with an outstanding charming service.

No current subscription to error codes, but charged like they have it. Failed to correct fuel problem, car broke down and I broke a rib pushing it to a parking place. Probably hurt my back too. I could have broken down in a dangerous place. I was lucky to break down close to home. Their failure to maintain their subscription hurt me and cost me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs searching for problems without an error code subscription. Chapman Auto told me about error code subscriptions. They will have my business from now on. read more

Extremely rude front desk. Stopped by to ask for pricing on brakes asked how much they charge per axle(aka front or rear brakes) I explained that I had not had an inspection done and wasn't sure what the issue could be as I experienced squeaking when backing out my drive way. When explaining that to the front desk person they started questioning me why I was asking for an axle I explained that I wasn't sure what the issue was so I would just like a quote for replacing brake pads or axle. I could tell they were purposefully trying to make me feel dumb instead of helping me and then proceeded to ask for my license plate number to provide me a quote on the service? I left as it definitely felt like they weren't actually trying to help me. Taking my business elsewhere read more

I never leave reviews about anything I just don't want somebody else to experience what I did taking my car here. I took my car into this shop for an oil change & routine inspection due to multiple check engine lights appearing on my dash. The first visit, they changed the oil & battery and told me to continue driving on it to see if any other check engine lights clear due to the new battery.. After driving my car for a day, every check light turned back on and I noticed it wasn't driving as it normally does. The second visit, I brought my car back in and they said it needed a new transmission and it now had multiple electrical issues. Which never really seemed to be the major problem before. It took them 2 weeks to fix my cars transmission due to them ordering the wrong one and also "shipping" my car off to another vendor since they don't do electrical work here.. After 2 weeks of not having a car, it was ready to be picked up. I spent nearly $6k. They said my car was ready to drive off the lot but when I showed up it was still in the shop with the hood up, dirty rags inside my cup holders, and all the windows down. The lady had to ask the mechanic several times if it was okay for me to drive it and even they seemed confused and careless. After a few days of driving my car again.. multiple check engine lights came back on. I noticed the steering and alignment was totally off and it wasn't driving nearly as smooth. My car would change a lane in a few seconds if I wasn't holding the wheel and it was riding bumpy. I took it elsewhere to find out the front axil, transmission, and alignment were all messed up. Worn down parts were re-installed and used and the front axil should of never been put back in due to how worn down it was. Paying nearly $6k for this kind of service is crazy. Other than an oil change or a new battery, I would avoid this place at all cost. The younger lady working the front desk was helpful, sweet, & provided great customer service. However it's a shame their mechanics have no clue what they're doing. read more

Went years trusting these people with my cars. Just to take it to another shop and find my drain plug looking like this. After years of getting oil changes here. Will never be back. Stay away from this shady business. read more

Mike is amazing. His attention to details is what I love. He takes care of our S-550 MBZ, MBZ Sprinter and Porsche Cayenne. It's refreshing to have a place that I can trust to give me the answers and assurance when looking to have repairs done as well as general maintenance. I tried several local places and never felt the assurance I needed to trust them with my vehicles. Being a "gear head" myself this was very important. Look no further.......Mike and the crew at Elite Auto Service are the best around. Fernando F read more

I am soooo lucky! I'm new to this area and , of course, I had a car emergency. Gave Elite a try because they are walking distance to my home. They were so accommodating and quick to fix my car. Honest pricing too. Nina provided excellent customer service and communication. I highly recommend them. read more

Reviewing a lady friend's service receipt from March, 2024 and more recently, I was stunned at the extremely horrific overcharges for simple maintenance type repairs that approached $2,000.00. Today the car would not start although the battery is only 4-5 months old. Upon inspection the cable from the positive pole was seen to be worn through and broken completely meaning no power was transmitted from the battery to the starter. This wear takes time and should not be missed by anyone with the slightest knowledge of basic auto electronics. For a "professional" auto mechanic this is totally unacceptable. It was diagnosed and replaced in about 20 minutes for less than $50.00. Elite said "it's something in the computer," a tease toward more big charges of course. We'll see what the Better Business Bureau says about this. read more

My 2011 Audi A4 was giving me lots of problems. The idling was terrible, the misfires were like earthquakes and unfortunately the shop I usually go to didn't have the right tools to fix it. They recommended Mike and the team here at Elite Auto Service and Mike had my turbo fixed within 2-3 days. The car ran great for another 50,000 miles or so and now it's giving us misfire issues again. I brought the car straight here and within minutes Mike it diagnosed and I'll be driving again with a day or two. this shop is incredible I won't be taking my Audi anywhere else. read more

STAY AWAY IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY Where do I begin. So I payed mike to have my car checked out which I bought from a local dealership to be delivered to me. Since they were recommended by the dealership and since they work on European cars I thought I would give them a chance. Mike mentioned he took my car for a ride checked everything with his computer and not a single error came up and that everything was great and that it was a great car. He informed me the two rear suspension air bags was replaced so I'm thinking great. I received the car about a week later and once the delivery guys dropped off the car I immediately began hearing a noise from the engine compartment also a message on the screen said the car is too hot to drive so drive slowly? About two days later I noticed the rear suspension was much lower then when I received the car and I thought maybe this is a luxury feature boy was I wrong and the battery light was on as well which was understandable since a week in transition fine. So I decided to take it to a real European car mechanic and when the diagnosis was done the amount of errors that came up was unbelievable. The reaction on my face especially after mike put this car on his computer and nothing came up. Then I was told the two rear suspension air bags was busted and needed replacement which are $500 a piece? This is the same rear suspension that mike said was new and just replaced. How could a European expert missed all of these problems with the car? Then I called mike to let him know about the problems and immediately flipped out and got mad and began to curse me out for calling him out on these issues. Even if he made a mistake on the rear suspension air bags right, how come his computer did not pick up not one error code huh? Stay away from this shop ok these guy's I believe are also In cahoots with local dealerships in the area. Do not take your car here or you will regret it. He also tried to blame these mistakes on the dealership after the car was picked up but the dealership did not create all the error codes he did not pick up on his computer. This guy is a total fraud and would refund my money either. read more

Mike and his team are completely amazing! They give you honest opinions about your car and the services you should be getting. Came in for a simple oil change and they charged me at least 15% less than big brand locations. With over 40 years of experience I'd say Mike probably has seen almost everything under the sun especially with European cars. Looking forward to my next car service with Elite Auto! read more

I own an older Mercedes 2000, S430. For the past 10 years, when my car has needed repairs, I've taken it to Mike. The good thing in dealing with Mike, is that, before he starts to work on your car, you'll know exactly what he's going to do. He's honest, he's fair, and he'll always keep you apprised of what he's doing on your car. Regarding his pricing, he's fair. That's what you want - someone whose honest and fair and keeps you updated on your car. What more can you ask for... There was a time when I was out of state and needed help to know what to do with my car. I called Mike and he help me as much as he could long-distance. I first met Mike at his previous place of employment. He was recommended to me by a very dear friend. The experience was fantastic! When my car needed service again I naturally returned to the same shop however, the experience was not the same. I then found out Mike had left this shop and opened his own. I am happy to say I found Mike and my recent experience at his new shop was again fantastic. Having a friend in the business takes away the added stress and uncertainty related to dealing with auto repairs. After one visit with Mike, you too will have a friend in the business. DO NOT GO HERE. On my only visit for an oil change, they did not close my hood properly and when I hit the highway for Thanksgiving, my hood FLEW open and bent in half. I was thankfully unharmed but insurance, tow, and auto shop all confirm the hood was improperly closed. I called Elite that day and they did not apologize or offer a tow but instead were very defensive and rude. I have called repeatedly for a manager since and the manager is never in and will not respond to my calls to make this right. Maybe this review will get their attention. read more

My old mechanic was "Too busy" to help me when I wanted to my car serviced right away. I took a chance with a new mechanic and boy did it pay off! The owner is a very polite and kind person, I did not get any negative feelings from him and when he called me back with the price to repair my vehicle I was shocked on how low the price was! The price was more then fair and he gave me options if I didn't want the more expensive repair. I took the more expensive repair because it just seemed right. My car was fixed on the same day I was very happy. When he knew of the company I worked for he asked for my services and I helped him like he helped me. This is my new mechanic and I will never hesitate to go anywhere else. I will recommend him to all my clients and family. Thank you! read more
