Job done....or so I thought. I called with an issue I was having with the rear tint only to be told it was normal. Multiple small bubbles are not normal I have had many cars tinted. They let me know they can get it done and we booked the service for 10am. When I arrived, the place was closed, I waited 10 mins until I decided to message them saying that I was there. They informed me to leave the keys next door because he was running late. When I went to pick up the car at 4pm, he had only cleaned the interior. I said I wanted the exterior done how much more time would that be, he said 45 mins but he had to leave and couldn't get it done today. I checked the interior and it was not that great but I still paid him $135 and left. When I got home and started checking the job, I realized he did not clean under my child's booster chair, the centre console was not even wiped, there was still dirt on the carpets, he didn't even touch the headliner, mirrors were dirty, it was awful. (See photos to see the amazing job he did). When I messaged him about it he apologizes and said he did miss a few things. Than gave excuses that they don't remove car seats, don't touch centre consoles. The job that he did was a normal car cleaning not car detailing. I could have done a better job than him. I had chosen this place because of the great reviews and saw on Instagram some of his work on expensive cars. Perhaps because I have a Nissan Rogue and not a fancy car he decided to do a shitty job. Now I have to go somewhere else and waste another $150-200. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I would highly recommend this shop to fix the bodywork of your car. I've had two collisions in the…read morepast two years which were repaired very well and in a about a week's time after each collision. I drive a 2010 Chevy Cobalt SS with black metallic paint. The first incident that I was involved in was during a hit and run where another driver hit my driver's side door and fled. Both the metal part of the door as well as the interior were mangled and had to be replaced. The shop replaced everything with OEM equipment and matched the paint perfectly with the rest of the car. During the second incident that I was involved in, I was rear-ended by another driver on the highway, which cracked the outer shell of my rear bumper, popped the styrofoam bumper filling, and cracked the re-bar holding that up. I came back to Keele Street Collision again and, once again, they replaced everything within a week with OEM equipment and matched the paint perfectly. From what I understand, matching metallic paint can be a pain but to my untrained eye it looks perfect. If I didn't know that the driver's side door and rear bumper were replaced I would have never guessed. In addition, KSC arranged for a rental car to be dropped off right at the shop both times I was there, which made it very convenient for me as I simply dropped off my car for the work and went along with my day in the rental car. The staff is also very friendly and they answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome at the shop. If I am ever again in a position where I need body work to be done to my car, I'll definitely be taking it to Keele Street Collision without a second thought.
