I've been coming to Elite Auto for about 3 years now for regular maintenance on my car and they have always provided exceptional service. Jaime has always been nice and helpful. If they say my car will be ready by a certain time and date, they keep their word. I also appreciate that they never try to upsell me on anything and run an honest business. As a woman it can sometimes feel like you could be taken advantage of at an auto shop but I've never felt that way here. I'll continue coming to Elite Auto for all my maintenance needs. Why did I pay 5k for you to pull something out of your ass and say oh it still has other problems!? DO NOT COME HERE. The workers threatened us here when we simply asked questions to why we were being charged 140$. We chose not to have work done here due to if we did it would be 772$ to have a water pump and serpentine belt fixed. We never once said we wouldn't pay just curious why the diagnostic fee was so much when no heavy/extensive labor was completed. We then were cussed at to get out of the shop and one guy decided to get aggressive with us. I don't understand how asking questions escalated so quickly. No way to treat people in general let alone a customer. read more

I started going to this shop since 2019 the Audi dealership would give us the run around on prices and work. I take my cars there because of the quality of work these guys do. I've gotten to know Jaime and Josh real well . I even brought them some breaks to put on my GMC 2007 truck and yes like most other people do ask if it would be warranty on the work. I was told no only because I didn't buy the parts through them which makes sense . They only use original parts from your car that it comes from the dealership and the parts and work is guaranteed I've not been to a dealership since I've came here . They are not your typical auto shop that will tell you need parts when you really don't just to make a quick buck. They only sell you what your car needs . I've got a 23 Santa Fe and that only goes to the dealer for the oil changes that came with the purchase of the car but for everything else it goes to elite auto care . I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere else. This is a good and honest auto shop that takes pride in their work and keeping there customers happy. I've been doing business with them now for the last 7 years and like Josh says they are AAA certified and that's a good sign as well . read more

Amazing shop with a great owner (Josh). I had a 2019 Honda that needed roughly $2000 worth of suspension work and Josh did an amazing job on it. I called roughly 10 shops in the area and none of the shops instilled in me the same confidence that Josh did while speaking to him on the phone. I work on cars myself but only at a "YouTube mechanic" level and speaking to Josh, he demonstrated to me that he truly knows what he is doing. He was completely honest with me and did an amazing job. Josh was the "straight shooter" type of honest mechanic that I was looking for and not only is he honest but he is willing to listen to you, talk to you, and address your concerns in a caring, patient, knowledgable, and confident way that I didn't get from the other shops that I called. I'm not saying that there aren't other good shops in the area because I spoke to many, but I didn't want to take that chance with suspension work so I bet my money on Josh and it turned out perfectly. read more

If you are looking for a shop that has great knowledge and understand of specifically Audi and Volkswagen Elite Auto Care is the shop! I came in knowing I needed timing chains for my car which is a major service involving disassembling the entire front end, dropping the transmission, and removing intake & valve cover. Being that I'm a big Volkswagen guy I struggle with trusting shops just because European cars are not as simple as working on Japanese, Korean or Domestic vehicles. i brought my suburban here for an oil leak, they fixed the problem and a couple days after picking it up my engine starts making this weird noise, every light on the dashboard is on. i brought it back and they said i needed new engine lifters. which i found weird because it was a good car, and had no major problems. also my mom brought her car here and same thing had minor issues and after being brought here had many problems with it. i don't think it's the owner doing people dirty i think it's the employees. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. Brought my car in because I needed a head gasket. Between 6 to 8 months I notice something was wrong came in several times and was given the run around and they did not want to honor their warranty. Jamie kept telling me it was something else even though the signs were the same as when I needed a head gasket. Finally after my year was up I was told it was the head gasket. Jamie passed me back to Josh who was very rude to me and told me he would not repair my vehicle and that he no longer wanted to service me and that I wanted him to redo the work for free. These guys are over priced and do not honor their work. I also have a witness of this mistreatment. read more

Got a flat near Presbyterian hospital of course on my way to work, looked for a safe place to pull over and there it was Elite Auto. Was able to stop safely and walked over to Elite and Jaime came out to see my car. He drove it from the street to a bay. One of his guys spotted the two nails wedged into my tire. No fast talking me into a new tire, said they would take tire off to see if a patch would work. Lo and behold - luckily for me and my less than one year old tire - patch was all I needed! They were very busy with cars in bays, cars being delivered by tow trucks but Jaime and his crew were able to get me in & out in an hour and charge was minimal! Thank you, Jaime. By far this place has the worse customer service I brought my vehicle is to swap a wheel into existing tire and they damaged my old rim and broke my wheel lock .. a guy by the name of josh said he was the owner and this guy has no people skills.. I highly recommend coming into Elite Auto Care. This week I noticed the air in my tire pressure light was on for days even though I refilled all my tires and reset the light, and I was too far from home to go to my normal mechanic. I went into the shop for expecting them to try to sell me a tire or say the computer had to be fixed. Instead, their man watching the front desk, Jaime, said he would look at it right then and there. He found a small nail in one of my tires. He then patched it and filled my tire without charge. All very quickly too. This place has great customer service, I'll definitely be coming back. read more
