She waited in her car per usual, and while the service worker eventually approached, he did so in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He was a white male with a beard and glasses, and appeared dirty and disgusting. His behavior made my sister who had every intention of purchasing tires and spending a significant amount of money feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Because of the way she was treated, she chose to leave without making a purchase. No customer, let alone a disabled customer, should ever be made to feel this way.

Steve, the new owner, takes care of me just like Mike and Paul did, and I am very pleased that he has expanded Warholak's service offerings to including oil changes and brake work.
