I saw mark outside the shop one morning passing by and thought I should stop by and I'm glad I did! Mark rewired my radio and subwoofer to shut off with my 79 corvette. My previous mechanic didn't know what he was doing and put a cut off switch for my subwoofer but not my radio. I had wired it myself but forgot to connect it to acc wire so my radio was constantly on. It was draining my battery every 3-4 days. Haven't had any issues since I got the work done! He also recommended me to weho auto next door for any classic car needs and Patrick over there is now my new mechanic! read more

They were professional. They upgrade what was needed. No unnecessary upgrades pushed. They knew what they were doing.

Was thinking about upgrading my 2013 Prius, only really because the stereo and screen stopped working... the car is great and really only wanted to have music and backup camera lol... did some research and came across Elite Audio. They had a great option to install a pioneer stereo with CarPlay... it all seamlessly worked and integrated really well into the Prius. Even the controls for volume etc on the steering wheel work with it. Once I got the appointment the install was super fast, they did a very tidy job and all works great... highly recommended read more

I had a great experience with Elite Audio Hollywood. They came highly recommended, and after speaking with Mark, I understood why. He patiently walked me through several options, including rearview mirror and in-dash installations, explaining the pros and cons of each without any pressure. Their pricing for the in-dash system was excellent -- I checked several other places beforehand -- and I scheduled the appointment. They were right on time, completed the installation efficiently, brought the system fully online, and synced my phone seamlessly. Mark also took the time to give me a thorough overview of how everything works. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I'm truly enjoying the results. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I love this company. They went above and beyond and put in a rear and front camera, radio system (didn't add speakers but a new monitor and Bluetooth system) as well as an autostart for my 2003 Lexus. It's working great, and even with some snags working on my car, they did a great job and solved problems. And even threw in a couple freebies for me. Highly recommend!! read more

Elite Audio was highly recommended from one of my mechanics. We took my daughter's car in to have an Apple CarPlay unit installed with a back up camera. Absolutely fantastic and timely service. After a car break in I decided I needed a Kill Switch/GPS Tracker/Upgraded car alarm so I could sleep at night. Elite audio got in me in their shop in less than a day during the busy holiday season, provided me a list of great options, explained the system in depth to me, and got the system installed in less than a day. Unlike a lot of car related business, I felt that these guys really cared about their clients, and want to help their customers understand the complex systems they are installing. Thank you so much for giving me the security I need for my vehicle, cannot recommend these guys enough! read more

Excellent experience replacing my old car audio. Mark is a really good guy - professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The nav display / backup camera screen had been failing on my Lexus CT200 and I was having a tough time trying to find a fix for it. I called Elite based on their proximity to me and all the positive reviews and talked to Mark about it. He spent some time researching the issue and found an aftermarket solution that not only solved the problem but is a major upgrade over the original. The work was scheduled and done successfully and on time. Everyone was professional and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them. read more

Very helpful, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions. Was able to guide me in the direction to get the result I wanted without spending a lot. Did not try to upsell me to something I did not need. read more

Mark is wonderful. He installed a new radio, a reverse camera, a dashcam and fixed my central locking. Incredible value and done quickly.

I have an old Lexus (2004) which I love, except the audio system was 20 years old! I had a tape deck and CD player. Elite Audio brought me up to date, installing Apple CarPlay with a rear camera. Now I can play anything from my iphone via bluetooth and it's great. I feel so liberated! The only downfall is that the radio reception is just not good with these aftermarket packages, so I have to download the app for the radio stations and listen that way. Mark of Elite was terrific, going through everything in detail before and after the installation. I followed up with the radio issue and he helped me with that. My experience with Elite has been stellar and I recommend them highly. read more

The owner Mark does good business and I respect that... Mark will stand behind the work he does and make sure you're happy.

I had a dash cam installed by Elite Audio about 4 months ago.I had some problems with the dash cam and waited a few months to go back for help. It turns out it was user error (me not reading the manual or going to the manufacturer website). The Manager/Owner, the same guy that helped me out before, walked me through how to connect the dash cam to my phone and use the app to view the dash cam footage. I am very happy with the service and installation I received on my first visit. The follow-up appointment 3 months later was awesome as well. I am very happy with my dash cam and the service I received! read more

above and beyond!!!! i would like to thank everyone at elite auto hollywood for their wonderful service !!!! on the 18th of this month, on the advice of my mechanic i went to elite audio for the installation of a car alarm for my 2020 honda civic. i am so glad i took his advice!!! the kind young lady at the front desk quoted me the prices for the brands that would go well with my car. i went with the brand avital. she informed me of the time it would take to install, 4 -5 hours... yikes!! but that time is standard. but the crew was able to get it done before the 4-hour mark. and they were able to upgrade my alarm to a viper at no extra charge!!!..... holy unsolicited kindess batman!!!! ......hey google!!!!...how can i give them 6 stars? thank you elite audio for your professionalism, top-notch customer service, and excellent quality of the workmanship you provided!!!!! read more

I went to Elite Audio for the installation of my Reviver R Plate. When dropping my car off I asked if they could tint my windows while they had my car. The staff was extremely friendly and said they would be able to. I picked up my car and it was very dark out so I couldn't see much. The next morning I realized that the tint film was not cut very evenly on the edge of the window. There was a bunch of glue residue all over my car and the wire cover in my car was not properly attached. I'm a bit disappointed with the tint and the fact that there is glue and scratch marks all over my rear bumper. Friendly staff but not happy with the tint job and the condition my car was returned in. read more

I was assigned to Elite Audio via a company called Installernet. I believe they provide services for the digital license plate installs and Elite Audio scheduled to come and install mine around Mid October. Tech was very friendly and seemingly all went well until he left and I opened my trunk to get something and realized the molding were not properly put back in place . I contacted them and they came out the next week and the Tech mentioned that these molding were a bit hard to work with and the clips had broken off. No problem , he would go back to the office and place an order to replace them and let me know . Well, it's now mid December, countless calls, countless excuses that they are waiting on the dealer and tech. No calls back , and still no fix. I even told them that I called the dealer and found the parts and also located them online . This is a $40 fix btw but it's the principal and it shows you just what kind of company you deal with that doesn't stand behind the work they do read more

Excelente servicio y atención. El Sr. Mark y sus empleados muestran mucho profesionalismo. Recomendable 100000%.

Summary first: This was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. I'm super happy with the results and definitely recommend coming here for all of your audio and tinting needs! My son will be driving soon and I wanted to pimp it out a bit for him. So I installed a new radio, thinking if I do it myself, I'll save a bunch of money. It didn't go as planned. I messed it up and blew out the back speakers. I couldn't give my son this problem, so I began my search for professional help. I had two things in mind, coming to Elite Audio Hollywood: 1. Get my botched self-installed radio fixed and 2. tinting on my car's windows. I was already embarrassed at my attempt to save money by installing a radio myself. I somehow managed to not only fail at the install, but the side effects were that my windows wouldn't roll down anymore and my entire dashboard was disabled. Mark the Magical was able to diagnose the problem, fix it(!), and save my radio, car battery, and fix the installation. Amazing! I decided to upgrade my system to add an amp and subwoofer, as well as replace the blown speakers. I just picked up my car and it finally sounds great and everything I messed up was reversed. The tinting looks amazing as well! Angeline made the paperwork a breeze. Such a great team they have at Elite! Finally, I have to say, this didn't cost a lot of money. I'd been quoted much higher prices at other places and almost gave up hope. Mark was sympathetic to my situation and was able to make a custom package price for me that fit in my budget. I couldn't be happier! My son will be getting a great first car when he turns 16. Thanks ELITE! read more

Elite Audio has been awesome and has done amazing work. 1) Tesla Model S - window tint 2) Jeep Wrangler - sound system removal for vehicle sale Pricing is great, they stand by their work and it's high quality. I appreciate that when moving into my Tesla, I was looking to just swap my audio equipment over, but was told that for what I was looking for (hadn't received the vehicle yet), the factory system was honestly going to be enough. Instead of selling me an installation, I was talked out of one, which I greatly appreciate. I'll continue to bring my vehicles back here for any audio or tint work needed. read more

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. I happened to see the store when I was getting my car washed across the street. I wanted to upgrade my radio so that I could listen to SIRUS RADIO. The tech named Mark was so helpful and so fast, they put in the radio the same day! They upgraded my system and connected my iphone/CARPLAY. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! The prices were totally affordable i was shocked. This is a family run business too so that was a big plus for me. If you have an older car, and just want to be able to have bluetooth and XM radio, this is the place to do it! read more

Called about getting speakers and radio replaced and ended up going the same day. Not only was the price out of this world reasonable, the service was even better. I had to be at an appointment in two hours and they had me in and out of there in 1.5 hours with no problems. I would 100% recommend this place for all audio needs and I will be returning if I myself need anything done to my truck. Thanks Elite. read more

I bought a car that had tinted windows so dark, I had to lower the windows to safely make turns. Looking in the rear view mirror was like looking into a dark cave. Mark at Elite successfully removed a layer of the tint so I can drive easily and safely. The job was done efficiently in a few hours. I was kept informed as the work was being done. The price was fair, and Mark is friendly and knowledgeable. Elite provides other services as well. read more
