I also asked him to rototill and amend the soil with top quality amendments. We had talked about the 4 cu yards I would need. He arrived with his crew and they started clearing while Calmo went to pick up the plants I had purchased along with the amendments. He returned and we laid out the plants. I noticed he had not brought the rototiller or the soil amendment and asked. He skipped my question. He asked if I had planned on landscape fabric or bark chips. He said he had bark chips. I had not intended on it, but had 8 bags in the garage. He said we needed 20 more. I was getting frustrated that our visions were not meshing. We bought more mulch. Skipping to the end, my yard looks nicer, but I did not get what I wanted. He tried to push me towards getting sod and also having him put in a sprinkler system. I appreciate the work he did but feel like the communication was not great.

I had a *huge* complete lawn renovation, to include minor landscaping, trees, and even a new parking area, and it looks fantastic. They gave a competitive quote and took only two days to finish the huge project. It's obvious that they really want you to love your lawn, as I was given detailed instructions on how to ensure I grew a healthy lawn and they will return in the spring at no cost if I need reseeding. The one major, glaring drawback is that they do not accept credit cards. Thankfully I found a way to work around that debacle, but others may not be, so plan accordingly. I would recommend this place to anyone needing landscaping, but not if you plan on using credit.

Jonathan was different. He was all about details and was scrupulous. He took pictures to show me areas that, down the road, may need work. He commented on the cracked screws around the vent cover, the broken seal around the skylight, the flashing being clean, the current condition of the underlayment, the protective metal shield along the perimeter of the house installed by the previous owner, etc. In spite of some minor issues, he concluded that the roof is in good condition and no repair or replacement is necessary. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection when offered . He explained well and was pleasant. We appreciate his expert advice and will definitely work with him in the future for maintenance and/or replacement when the time is right. Thank you, Jonathan LaMoine and Ben for your help. Jonathan came over and checked everything out, giving us the unfortunate update that we had a lot more issues than we actually knew. When he inspected our roof for a quote, he is the ONLY roofer who took pictures to explain to us what was going on up there. He is also the ONLY roofer who followed up with us after receiving the quote. We had a small legal battle due to our inspector being negligent which is why we didn't know about any of these roofing issues. We did some research on the products they were going to use and after everything we found out it was a clear choice for us on who to proceed with. We signed a contract with them in January and we just completed our roof and gutter installation before the end of March. There was a lot more damage than what we expected which made us even more grateful that we had Jonathan and his team working on our home. He communicated with us the entire time with daily updates on their progress. We are so grateful to LeMoine Roofing and would recommend them to anyone. I hadn't, and he explained that it's a program where volunteers care for the lawns of deployed service members and disabled veterans. We are an Army family and I was touched by this organization.
