He answered all of our questions and did not pressure us into making a hasty decision. B&R's price, selection, and range of products was excellent compared to other suppliers. We were able to get terracotta, terrazzo, slate, Zellige tile, subway tile- all at the same place. We ended up leaning into a handmade aesthetic with glossy greens, blues, and earthen hues. I am beyond happy with how our project turned out and the customer service at B&R was top notch. They have earned us as repeat customers for any of our future projects for sure. I was impressed with how efficient the team was and their attention to detail (lots of measuring and math!) They carried B&R's commitment to customer service throughout the job, even when they were asked to stop and take a different approach. I hired Granite Gallery to do an extensive remodel on my home...all new cabinets (2 bathrooms and…read morekitchen), quartz countertops, convert 1 tub/shower to a walk-in shower, and new flooring throughout. Gary (the owner) came out to take measurements and I discussed with him and showed him the damage to some of my cabinets including the upstairs bathroom vanity. When he sent me the rendering, I asked for a change to the bathroom cabinets from just cabinet doors to a door and 2 small drawers. We agreed to the change via email. When they came to do demolition, they left the upstairs vanity intact so that I had running water in a sink somewhere in my house. I planned to keep my original sinks from the bathrooms and one of the toilets but they discarded the downstairs sink and the top of the tank from the toilet that I was going to keep. I did ask that they provide new sinks because it was an error on their part but I did go buy a 2nd new toilet myself. When they installed the new cabinets downstairs (kitchen and 1 bathroom), the bathroom vanity only had the cabinet doors without the 2 small drawers I had requested. I was confused but thought it must not have been doable in such a small space since my new cabinets were NOT custom. Work continued and eventually they were wrapping things up...or so I thought. They brought the quartz countertop for the upstairs vanity but there was no new vanity yet. I called Gary and he said it wasn't included in the original order but he said he'd get that ordered. It was 3 to 4 weeks later that they were finally coming out to install the vanity, countertop, etc. as well as finally install the door/drawer pulls on all my cabinets. I work from home but was very busy in meetings that day so only checked the work after they'd left. That is when I discovered that the layout I had requested WAS possible so the upstairs vanity had the cabinet and 2 small drawers. I had paid for this project with an upfront payment of more than half the cost of the project, a mid project payment, and then a "final" payment as things were beginning to wrap up but before I realized they didn't have my final cabinet. I was then contacted to pay 1 final invoice for the upstairs vanity and the knobs/pulls...both of these items were part of my original order. I tried to stop into The Granite Gallery showroom to speak to Gary in person but he was out so one of the girls had him email me in which he attached the original rendering of the cabinets and pointed out that only 1 bathroom vanity was ordered and I agreed to it. In my response, I attached the email conversation where I agreed to a different configuration. I had also let him know that they didn't cut a hole at the base of that upstairs vanity for the heat to vent out into the bathroom. After more than a week when I hadn't heard back, I reached out again via email and received an email from his assistant informing me that Gary was out so she was receiving his emails and answering. She said that Gary had decided to write off the upstairs cabinet and to enjoy my remodelled home. I sent a response that the heat vent still needed to be addressed and I have been ignored...no response. Overall, the workmanship was good and the foreman was very helpful but the lack of decent communication and follow through on The Granite Gallery's part was horrible and now I feel like I've been blown off because they screwed up on the cabinet layout and I have it in writing. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.

The wood floors are about 3/4's complete and look great. The crew who did the carpet strretching were outstanding working hard all day. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Carpet looks new. The hardwood crew is the same - really great work. Very professional looking. My thanks to Carl and all contractors for job well done. The color and the seams, however, aren't a good match. WeatherGuard Roofing installed a roof on our large horse barn in 2016 and provided us with a…read more10-year workmanship warranty. Despite paying over $54,000 for the roof, it began leaking within the first month. Over the next 9 years, we contacted them repeatedly for repairs. The leaks never stopped. They later tried to claim the warranty was only five years, despite us having written documentation of the 10-year warranty. When we met with the owner in 2025, he blamed the leaks on the building itself, saying it wasn't possible to properly roof a pole barn--yet somehow still sold us the job in the first place. We hired an independent roofing inspector who performed a controlled water test, and the roof leaked within hours. He confirmed there is no realistic way to repair this roof because it was improperly installed as a second-layer overlay. We now have no choice but to completely replace the roof at our own expense. In our opinion, this company does not stand by its work, and we feel misled by both the workmanship and the warranty process. We strongly urge anyone considering this company to proceed with caution and consult with an independent roofing expert before signing a contract.

When asked about it, the crew member stated that he "wanted to try something new" and "didn't want to ask for permission." Huh? They did clean up the rock after I got back in contact with Ryan. Crew told me he would make it look nice, and instead left two gigantic piles of rock in front of my house. Why even bother telling me you'd make it look nice at that point? I will admit it did get a chuckle out of me. It was a mixed bag of an experience for me, but in the end I am happy with the patio and driveway - which is what matters most.

There was a crushed storm drain pipe under the existing portion of driveway that was causing water back up in heavy rains. R & M had to carefully saw cut and pick out the existing concrete, lay in a new 4" pipe, encase and protect the new pipe in the proper rock and then put in new exposed aggregate concrete to match the existing. PERFECTION! You'd never know it was done except that the original concrete is not nearly as good as the new work. This was an exceptional job. Next ... 203 feet of driveway leading up to the house. The existing gravel driveway with all its country charm was not working for us for several reasons. We did the math on putting in a new asphalt drive with it's maintenance needs over 50 years versus a "one and done" concrete install. Concrete won. OMG ... so beautiful. I've had experience with concrete installs in residential and commercial applications. I know what I'm looking at when I see the work done. This was the best work I've ever seen. Last thought to share. FEED YOUR CONTRACTORS. They really appreciate it. It's really easy to put out sandwiches, chips, and beverages. Have it delivered if you need to. It clearly means so much to the crew and a good break with healthy food fuels a good afternoon's work.
