Eric and the entire Patriot Construction team were outstanding from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance company to ensure every damaged item on my home was identified and repaired properly. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional, and they made what could have been a stressful process much easier.
A few weeks later, while preparing to sell my father's house, the buyer's inspection revealed significant hail damage to the roof. With our closing scheduled just 10 days away, I immediately called Eric. He and his team sprang into action. Although we initially faced challenges getting the insurance company to approve the claim, Eric remained engaged throughout the process while I worked with the insurer to have the original inspection reevaluated. Once the claim was approved, the replacement of the roof, vents, gutters, and chimney was authorized.
True to their word, Eric and his crew began the roof replacement just two days later. Their ability to move so quickly and deliver high-quality work kept our closing on track and quite literally saved the sale of the house.
I cannot recommend Eric and the Patriot Construction team highly enough. They are knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and truly committed to taking care of their customers. If you need roofing or storm damage repairs, don't hesitate to give them a call--you'll be glad you did.
