The painter seemed to lack the necessary skill(s) and attention to detail. They didn't finish the job in the timeframe quoted, and I had to tell them not to bother returning. Based on the shoddy work that was done initially, I had zero confidence that the final results would be any better. It was a waste of time and paint (supplied by me). I'll let the attached pictures speak for themselves.

I know it's not easy being so responsive and available to customer requests or questions all the time, but he puts in the effort to do it, and it makes for a great customer experience. We went with Liberty Paint four years ago for our townhouse and reached out to them again for our current home. Their pricing remains fair, especially for the quality of their work and excellent customer experience. Roy, his head painter, again came in with his other painters to fix and touch up things that our Reno contractors missed. They stopped by more than once to honor some of the touch up requests we had, because they're that committed to keeping their customers happy and making sure they did an A+ job. They painted the inside of our entire house, the cabinets and shelves, and white washed our fireplace. They are also the only contractors we trusted enough to let back into our home after we had moved in, if that says anything. Aaron's painters are respectful of the home and they make sure to leave things better than how it was when they got there (literally). Roy is also great at suggesting other house improvements and performing random handy work! Overall, I'd recommend Liberty Paint without hesitation and will be referring them to friends in our new neighborhood!

We had DFW Painting repaint our entire house after we purchase it. This included walls, ceiling,…read moretrim, and some cabinets. They also repaired some large drywall cracks and gaps that opened up due to recent foundation work, as well as two water-damaged windowsills. Our project manager was Damien. Our painting crew was led by Victor. Quote -- they were in the middle of the range, about 1/2 as much as the most expensive quote. The quote process was much more of a "consultation" where he explained all the work and repairs in detail and why each one was necessary. Other companies were just about getting to the final price as quickly as possible, instead of helping us understand each element of work necessary. Quality of work -- house was painted exactly to plan. There was some confusion about one room with a complicated roof line, but after a quick conversation with our project manager we sorted it out without extra expense or time spent. Timing -- The crew finished up a day ahead of schedule. We did not require any touch-ups. Cleanup -- No issues. The house was mostly free of dust and there were only a few "drips" that all came up with some scrubbing. All furniture was protected. Damien is highly professional and very detail-oriented. We were very happy with the work done.

Around 9:00 AM, someone called me to schedule an appointment for the following week. I did schedule for the following week because I honestly thought they were a different painting company, since I had contacted several and also had other estimates being scheduled. I never heard her clearly say she was calling to reschedule today's confirmed appointment. She may have thought she explained that, but the communication of that critical piece was very vague and brief. A proper introduction should have been something like: "Hi, this is Elizabeth with DFW Painting. I know we have you scheduled today at 10:00 AM, but unfortunately we need to reschedule due to..." That would have made the situation clear. That is a basic and proper opening line for something like this. Because her communication was so unclear, I didn't even realize she was canceling today's appointment and that they were the ones that were already scheduled to come. I am an executive who communicates via email, virtually and in person every day. I am well-versed in proper communication. That confusion and lack of professionalism is why I decided not to move forward with them. Communication is paramount.

We met with 5 different groups for estimates and ended up selecting Crest for a handful of reasons. Their pricing was very reasonable, they were extremely professional and responsive, and they promised to get the job done in less than a week (every other group said 2 or more weeks to complete the job). I sort of didn't believe they'd be able to deliver in the timeline and still do a great job, but they did. My husband and I were SO impressed with this group. Todd, Lance, Oscar and team were absolutely a pleasure to work with. When any issues came up they communicated quickly and took care of it right away. We initially had some trouble matching our paint colors and Todd called me after hours and promised he'd be at the store at opening the following day and that he'd personally make sure the colors were perfect. Sure enough, they were. That type of customer service exceedingly rare !! The paint job turned out great and they have been proactive about offering any needed touch ups. We would use them again and again, and plan to refer them to many friends.
