My invoice is dated May 26, 2021 and there has not been any follow from this company. I have tried three times to leave messages in the past two weeks and no one has ever returned my calls or made an appointment to finish the job that was promised back at the end of May. If they are not going to complete my original job, at least be honest enough and tell me and refund me the portion that you are not going to do.

Few days goes by, I got no response. So I reached out to him, and he said he is still working on the estimate and making sure I will get the best pricing. Few more days goes by, no response. Then he sent me a message saying he will get back to me soon. So I waited couple more days, I texted and called. No response. At this point, I am thinking maybe he is ignoring my calls and text messages. So I tried using different number, well, he responded within 2 mins. Go figure! If he is not interested doing the job or it is something he can't do. Simple message saying I can't do it would of been okay with me. I would have moved on to another reputable company quickly. Rather than wasting my time chasing around like a bill collector. I guess when you're business start getting busier, you start ignoring the customers and forget about them.

This took 4 days and the install crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day and answered my question as I watched over everything. I was worried that my stucco might not come out right, but even that was on point. I also double-checked the windows at the end and the only thing I found was a casement window that was a little sticky to open and they quickly fixed it. Regarding the quote process, Tony was easy to work with, knowledgeable about their products, and revised my order several times as I worked out the final details. I had a few concerns, like making sure that when I replaced a narrow window at my front door that the frame would not be too thick, but it looks great. Also thanks to Debbie for checking after the job (and after I paid) to make sure I was still happy. Based on the job they did at my house, my neighbor is going to update their windows too.

They backed up the installation warranty and tore out the stucco and replaced it. Now the stucco is separating from the window and cracking where it meets the original stucco, also looks nothing like the original stucco. I have made several calls and they said they would take care of it. Still waiting for them to call me back. I have had 6 other windows replaced by a competitor and the stucco has not cracked or pulled away from the window. you can't even tell the windows have been replaced.
