Absolutely amazing, my home smells new again. I called Elias about having my carpets shampooed because of the strong dog urine smell as I have 2 puppies. He was informative about dog urine in carpet and that he would try his best. Elias gave me a reasonable quote and came 2 days later. I was pleased to see he uses CLEAN hot tap water, that gave me a peace of mind that other peoples germs were not being transferred into my carpet/home. My carpet is 5years old and now looks and smells new again. It's been about a week and still no sign of dog urine smell in my carpet at all! He also took care of my couch where my dog decided to mark his territory. As you can see in the picture I have light colored couches but had a huge yellow stain from my puppy, it is now gone and has no trace of dog urine. I will be recommending ELIAS to anyone and everyone. Great customer service and he takes many forms of payment which is super convenient! read more

I called Elias to help me with the carpets in a rental property I manage after seeing his many positive reviews on Yelp. Elias picked up my phone call right away, and we were able to schedule an appointment. He followed up with a reminder phone call the day before the appointment, and I appreciated his good communication skills. After Elias completed the job, the tenant texted me to let me know that the job was done quickly, neatly and that the carpets looked great! The tenant also said that Elias was a very nice person. His prices are reasonable, his service is excellent and he's very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Elias. I would definitely recommend him and will be using his services again. read more

Elias was one of the nicest, most professional people I've ever had in my home. I called around for quotes on a room that is about 150sqft, extremely stained, and had major pet stains. I got a few companies that wouldn't even give me a quote until they came out to see it (knowing we'd be more obligated to go with their company once they were out), another company told me PROBABLY $140. Then I called Elias. He gave me a very fair price of $95 over the phone and honored it even after seeing the job. He didn't try to up sale any "necessary treatments" and did an AMAZING job! He said he cleans every carpet as if he was doing it for his own family. He did just that! Definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future! read more

I would recommend Elias carpet service to everyone, I called on a Thursday afternoon to clean a living room, set of stairs and a hallway. He was able to come the next day and gave a good price. I showed him an unrelated issue with my carpet in one of the bedrooms that I thought was a lost cause. Elias was able to get the spot out no problem. He was very knowledgeable, he took the time to answer my questions and explain what I would need to do with certain issues. The carpets came out so nice I am very pleased with them. I will be using his service again! read more
