My father and I have used Doug's service at our rentals for about 15 years. Well today he worked his magic again. I was told by 2 parties the carpet would have to be replaced. By the time Doug finished cleaning and re-stretching the whole house the carpet looked new. Doug is one of the last honest contractors. Many times Doug has advised me the carpet still had a few good years left. I'm sure he would profit more by replacing the flooring but here's where his ethics come in. I know I can trust what Doug recommends. He's not been wrong yet! Please give Doug a try. He does not disappoint & his prices are very reasonable. read more

What to say about Doug...such a friendly, complex human being. : ) For one, if you need your carpets cleaned last minute he'll pick up the phone and get you on his calendar. 2. He takes time to explain his process...and maybe a few 10 nuggets about Hemet history, so you got that goin' for ya. 3. Maybe most importantly, his work is excellent and fairly priced. His work truck is clean as a whistle and I'd definitely call on him again. Thanks Doug! read more

The priced for 3 large rooms of carpet and one love seat cleaning was reasonably priced . My carpets look great. I had one small stain come back almost immediately, however He was able to get the pet urine accident and smell out of my carpet. It has been two weeks and they still look and smell great. He was on time and professional. My only concern was he attempted to go through my cleaning cupboard without asking, which had child locks on it, maybe to see what chemicals I use on my tile floors as I had previously asked for a quote on tile grout cleaning. The grout cleaning quote seems very high. However I have not had any other companies quote me on grout cleaning. read more
