We knew we found the right place when Sam answered the phone to set up his appointment. My spouse struggles with anxiety, and in COVID times it has been extremely difficult for him. Sam was very empathetic, listened to his concerns, and set up an appointment with Adele. The salon is in a business center with plenty of parking, and finding the salon was very easy. The waiting room and salon are very clean and well organized and the service rooms are private. Adele is warm, empathetic, and very talented - she immediately put him at ease and asked questions to make sure she understood his expectations - she also didn't mind me coming back to help ease his anxiety and give feedback on his past "hair history". She did an excellent job with both cut and color and even corrected mistakes made by his former stylist. Thank you Adele - he's is so happy to have found you! I was also impressed with some of the other clients as they exited from other stylists - they are all masters of their craft. We asked if we could consult with Nick (the owner) regarding a new unit - my spouse's hair system no longer exists so we had concerns, questions, and didn't want to be "sold" on something new. He patiently answered all of our questions, provided unit samples, showed us his video cut in, and made excellent suggestions at a very fair price. The virus has made it very hard for all non-surgical hair replacement and accessing hair is difficult - much of it comes from China / Korea who have their own pandemic challenges. Nick made sure we understood the wait times and delays but assured us a new unit would be possible but require patience. The best part is it's not a "club" and the prices he quoted are based on hair units and salon service. He is an excellent representation of his staff - warm, friendly, empathetic and HONEST!!! When I called and txted confirmed I was there -- he didn't respond until A FEW HOURS later and said "too late I had to reschedule and I'll check my schedule" then never gotten back. Very terrible and irresponsible -- he pretended I was late for 5 mins so he had to reschedule. but in reality he messed up the schedule as he wasn't even in the studio (the door was locked). I guess he doesn't really need clients.

Natalia was the stylist, I showed her a couple of photos of the cut I was looking for and halfway thru the cut she apologized and told me that I'd have to wait 45 min for her manager Paul to come and fix my haircut. Paul arrived and tried his best to save my hair but too many big chunks have been hacked off that there wasn't much he could do. When I arrived a little bit early, she was busy with customer and her girlfriend. She explained the different wigs and toppers. How they were made and how the quality differ. She had quite a variety of choices and colors. I tried the topper but my hair's too thin, it won't support it. I do have a couple of wigs at home that have curl, but I wanted something with straight hair. I am a Burnett, but I've been curious about gray. I keep thinking I need to honor this color and maybe let my hair naturally go there since I am going to be 70 this year. By surprise, the gray was also highlighted with brown and blonde. It was really beautiful, a 10 inch wig. I was blown away with how nice the color looked and it actually made me appear younger. I decided to get a brown with highlights that was 10 inches long. Jenny was a very friendly lady! A lot of knowledge, caring person. Makes you feel comfortable when you're at a weird chapter in your life. My thyroid isn't happy so my hair thin. Do yourself favor and set up appointment. Just because our body changes and challenges us doesn't mean we have to let go of our beauty. The waves look so natural and now my care looks full and healthy. I left with the wig on and stopped at the store and got a compliment.
