When I reached out to Riri afterward to explain my concerns, instead of taking responsibility, she told me that I shouldn't have allowed another hairstylist to do my hair and that I should have waited for her. This was extremely confusing, especially since I was sent to the other stylist by her. Overall, I found the experience to be unprofessional and disorganized. In my opinion, the salon is also extremely overhyped. The pricing seems inconsistent, with different people being charged different amounts, and I personally don't feel the service was worth what I paid. To make matters worse, my curls didn't even last the 35-minute drive home. I would save your time and money and go somewhere else.

My hair is the longest and healthiest it has ever been, and that is absolutely because of George's skill, product guidance, and the way he approaches hair with both artistry and science. He's an educator at heart and is always up to date on the latest techniques, trends, products, and color science. He somehow manages to create the perfect blonde for my complexion every single time -- bright and dimensional without sacrificing the health of my hair. And his haircuts deserve their own mention because I genuinely do not understand how he does it: I leave with freshly cut hair that somehow looks LONGER. Explain that one. He's also an educator for EasyPro Hair Extensions, so if you've been dreaming about longer or fuller hair, you're in very capable hands.
