This beautiful salon is large, comfortable and modern, without being stark or too much of an industrial feel. Extra tidbit: the salon has a nice cappuccino-espresso type machine, befitting a higher end salon. You will not be disappointed with the magnificent stylist Casie, and now she is at a great and beautiful studio salon that fits the slightly luxury price being paid. In case I've piqued your interest and you are questioning why I'm almost slightly stuck on style and ambience, it's because the last salon was ugly and never felt high end, yet you paid high end. From what I've seen, other customers are happy with this salon and their chosen stylist. Bonus, the receptionist is friendly and seems competent.

This seems to be a niche market with only a few in the area. Le Salon Organics as well as several other salons are located inside Phenix Salon Suites. The suites are small and can accommodate one client at a time (about the size of a room at a doctor's office). I really liked this unique setup which was different from other salons I had been to. Had an enjoyable first visit with Le Salon Organics owner, Lori Rasmussen, as we chatted and she worked on my hair :-). I also feel better about organic products being used which were ammonia free, vegan and certified by PETA. We vote every time we choose to spend our dollars. Salon products which are organic, animal friendly and environmentally friendly are just a better alternative to chemically based salon products. As a final note, I do hope others make the choice to try an organic hair salon as it's a worthwhile experience. Will be back for another appointment soon!!

I noticed that there was a negative review regarding her services on here and I just couldn't believe it. It's ironic that the person posting did not include a picture of the supposed "botched" job, so I was more than happy to post my before and after pictures as proof of her amazing work! First, I'll review the salon. It is a huge open space with many stations, everything is so clean, and all the stylists I was able to speak with were so nice and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean, and I absolutely loved the glitter floors! Cristina offered me water, tea, or coffee while I waited for my hair to color which is always a nice gesture. Now on to Cristina. Not only is she gorgeous and sweet, she is amazing at cutting hair! I have curly hair, so I am VERY picky about who I go to and who cuts it. I cannot tell you the amount of times my hair has been cut too short because people simply don't understand how to cut curly hair. She gave me a quick consultation where we were able to talk about what I want from my hair and what is actually possible. We found a middle ground, and covered up my grey, then added a red tint during the washing process to achieve the look I wanted. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I knew exactly what she was doing and what the plan was. This honestly was the best hair cutting experience I've ever had and I could not believe how straight she was able to get my hair. Please, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Cristina Hilliard. View my pictures, since they honestly speak for themselves, and pay no attention to the previously posted negative comment! Thank you so much Cristina for the amazing, cut, color, and style!
