My boy and Elvis and Jimmy did gods work. Elvis cleaned up the side with a taper into the beard and texturized the top and kept it long. Then Jimmy dyed a small strand of hair in front so it would pop a bit more subtly (First time dying hair -very nervous). Jimmy made the process easy and came out looking exactly how I wanted it. Today I came to JVIS salon to get my hair professionally colored, having not died it since December 2019. I had lots of lackluster red/brown (full warmth) tones coating most of the length of my hair from previous dye jobs. I met with Jimmy for the first time and briefly explained what I wanted, showing a picture for reference. I wanted blonde face-framing perimeter highlights with a high contrast from the rest of my hair. I couldn't decided between my two favorite hair colors: blonde and black. Jimmy worked in tandem with Teresa to give me my favorite color ever. There is absolutely no warmth in my hair. I am so impressed with Jimmy's work. It is such a drastic change, but I can see how the placement of highlights will be very versatile. Prior to this visit I had been to Elvis for two other haircuts and I had a similar experience. I was blown away by how Elvis performed both cuts. I never enjoyed getting my hair cut in the past. However, Elvis really delivered outstanding results that exceeded all my expectations. This team is truly talented and they work in harmony together, committed to giving you the best results. I went with something totally experimental today and it came out so beautiful. I am so excited to have found a salon that makes me look forward to trying to new styles, working with my thickk hair.
