These guys have the best customer service. My girlfriend and I went to get her a pair of glasses following the recommendation of our friend, and we had a wonderful time. We spent an hour and a half trying on glasses. I was picking up some Papa Johns and noticed this store next door. Made a mental note to come back and it did not disappoint. As you can tell by the pictures, the interior is very nice and welcoming. It feels comfortable and you can easily pick any glasses you want to try without having to go through the hassle of asking the worker. It feels a bit Apple-esque in that sense, walk up and try any product you want. The selection is really great and they have all sorts of styles and sizes. Some of their frames are pretty high quality with a higher price tag, but even the cheaper options are still good frames by any measure. And by higher price tag I don't mean $500 for Chanel, but between $100-300 for Frank Custom. They don't really have the cheapo heavy plastic that is going to break in a year. Most of the frames I tried, whether metal, plastic or rubber-ish, were impressively light. I mean you-almost-can't-tell-it's-there light, and that goes across the pricing spectrum. Many of their frames are comfortable for people who don't have a good nose bridge, like 99% of all asians out there. The workers, Jason and William, are very helpful and honest. They'll straight up tell you if the frame is too wide, doesn't quite match, looks a bit awkward, or fits really well. They'll tell you if you need a lens upgrade (thinner) based on your prescription and type of frames you pick. It's an all-around great shopping experience. I usually feel bad trying on 50 different pairs because 1. I'm taking time away from the worker and 2. I usually have to ask the worker to get each one for me. But at Eleven they gave me a bit of help here and there and just kinda left me to do my own wondering. I still annoyed them with a bunch of questions and suggestions but they were more than happy to help and incredibly patient. After a purchase, you can usually pick up the glasses same day. If you decide to go with the upgraded (thinner) lens, then it'll be ready the next business day. Ended up getting two glasses based on a promo they had with upgraded lenses and couldn't be happier. I'm recommending them to any one who is looking to get a new pair. Tip: Make sure you have a valid prescription for eye glasses from your optometrist. They will not match your existing pair or just take a random piece of paper with your prescription. It needs to be a legit prescription signed by an optometrist. read more

I traveled 30 miles to go to Eleven Optical at someone's recommendation, and I was not disappointed. I've been using different optometrists and eyeglass shops local to me for the last several years. They were all OK. But Eleven Optical was the first time that I felt genuinely appreciated as a customer. Jason and his team were so warm and welcoming. They were really busy when I went in and they still took the time to acknowledge and greet me and my family. Not only were they very friendly, but the whole team is super knowledgeable. My eyes and eyesight are a bit of a mess, but Jason and staff helped me navigate the right frames and lenses that would maximize comfort, get the most utility, and still be within my budget. Speaking with them, you can really tell that they have a lot of experience when hearing what they recommend would best for very specific types of customers' needs. The whole process of picking out frames, going through the eye exam, lens selection and payment was super easy and even fun. I was so impressed, I decided to get another pair to use as prescription sunglasses (also something the team helped me with extensively). I happened to chance upon this little gem on my Instagram explore page. Coincidentally, I happened to be in need of new glasses so I decided to give this place a shot. I'm fairly picky when it comes to glasses and sunglasses as I tend to enjoy more unique, less common choices for eyewear. I usually never buy my glasses in the Cerritos area since every place seems to stock your typical, run of the mill brands. So imagine my surprise when I walked in to find a great unique selection. Today Jason caught an error on my son's prescription when he was reviewing my son's records from last year. This place deserves all 5 stars, no doubt ! It was my first time here and I was just planning to get the frames by itself but ended up getting an eye exam and the frames with prescribed lenses! Not only is the price affordable, but the staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I told them about how I have to stare a computer screen for about 7 hours a day for work and they informed me about having lenses that protect the eyes from blue light. I needed an eye exam and to change out my current eyeglass lenses with the new prescription. The eye doctor, Dr. Frank Sue was nice and answered my questions. He made sure we got the right eye prescription by trying out a couple of power levels, which was very reassuring.  Jason, the manager was super helpful and answered any concerns right away even before a visit to the store via yelp messages. In person, he was friendly and very accommodating on the prices for exams/frames.  The inside has a welcoming feel with the greatest frame selection including various styles and price range options. Normally it is difficult to find the right frame for me, but I was able to find many frames I liked here. They even offered to hold the frames, if you cannot decide right away. Next time I need frames, I definitely plan to get them here. Also, they have the fastest lead time getting your prescription lenses changed I have ever seen. This review is months overdue but my opinion hasn't changed. I've worn eyeglasses for about 20 years, & never really considered contact lenses or Lasik surgery. I'm one of the few who prefer eyeglasses over contacts (for vision correction, not just the fashun). Alicia was also very sweet & helpful when I brought my mom in another time. When I had issues adjusting to the contacts, they were genuinely helpful in trying to remedy them. Honestly the best glasses spot I have ever been in my life. Not only are their prices for frames good, but they are able to get you your glasses in the same day. I broke my glasses at work and I was freaking out because they were my only pair. So I was able to set up an appointment the same day. Brian was able to help me pick out frames I would like. I felt no pressure to buy anything but I was able to get 2 frames for 120 which for me was a good price. At my old place that is about how much I would spend on just 1 frame.
