It was the only room we haven't beaten in our two years of doing escape rooms as a family. We got hung up on the key with the BBQ prongs, and in hindsight, I wish we had asked for (or been given) a few more clues because we were probably only about five minutes away from finishing. My son was pretty upset afterward, and since we had a kid in our group, I do wish the employees had stepped in a bit more to help us along. The rage room was 10x12 or so, it was extreeeeeeemely small. We couldn't be in the room together and the room was already filled with a bunch of beaten up stuff. They gave us tiny glass bottles that were impossible to break unless you smashed them with a hammer. They wouldn't even break after throwing them hard against the wall. Also, I tried on a jumpsuit they made you wear that had 2 zippers on it, not sure why but they were both broken so I had to take it off and put a whole new one on. Overall, this was not a good experience. The staff that worked there didn't seem to care. She told us we had 30 minutes and she said "you can do, 5 or 10 minutes I really don't care." Like oh, okay cool. We went to ismash in sparks previously and I would absolutely recommend going there over this place. Really upset that we paid so much for such a terrible experience.

Our director, Katelyn, was incredible. She fully stayed in character while still cracking jokes and keeping the atmosphere fun and lighthearted. a great experience, another fun escape room, and another escape with time remaining. we went on a…read moresunday night after our hunt for snow was a fail. the story line is great, and although the room is simple overall, the puzzles within the room were well planned out and flowed. i liked how big the room is (definitely could fit a big group in comparison to some escape rooms) and loved the variety of puzzles. i finally was able to convince my siblings & their family to do an escape room together and they agreed. our group was a total of 8 (5 adults & 3 kids and half of them were first timers. we did well together and everyone was able to participate (which can be hard in a big group). we needed to ask for 3 clues, and christian, our game master, really helped move us along (we really needed only 2, but there was some misinterpretation of a hint that was given to us from my husband). the only drawback of this room is just being able to find it in the casino (no need to deduct a star for that one). we had to ask several people where it was located before we found it (it's in the bally's casino past the starbucks down a hallway). although we didn't find snow on our trip to tahoe, we found a way out of this escape room. they are planning to make more rooms, so looking forward for another trip here once we return to tahoe.

We played with two adults and two kids. I think we asked for help/clues 7-10 and escaped with 3 mins to spare. I would probably say 3-4 adults would've been sufficient for this game. Will absolutely be back for another visit. The price is $43 a person. Kids 5 and up were the same price as adults. 4 and under are free. It's on the pricier end, but they will price match with Groupon! Book ahead would be recommended.

They were super responsive to my inquiry regarding weekend reservations and up front costs. I think the fact that this escape room took place in a cold house with steep stairs and all of the cool props only made it that much more cool. One of us was able to take the walkie talkie, and on our way we went. I can tell there was a lot of thought put into this, and it was very immersive and interactive. The fact that there were multiple rooms, and one could ask for endless clues helped those of us that are not always puzzle savvy. I like the fact that early that day they reached out to state the credit card machine was down to please bring cash, and going through the very last parts of escaping.
