The bathroom was super filthy and toilet paper everywhere. The staff was siting at the office the whole time and no effort to even attempt to clean up. I felt unsafe sending the kids to that bathroom. I hope they use this feedback and improve the cleanliness, because the kids had fun and I would love to come back if they keep the place more safe for the kiddos to use.

I also liked the way clues were handled, not having to do the walkie talkie like most other places made the whole experience more consistent. We did the Blood of the Original room and there were a few little scares, nothing popping out at you really just startling noises but they made me squeal a bit lol. Overall my husband and I had a great time and will definitely visit again for the dragon room! I hope they add more rooms soon, I'd love to see more from them.

It seems like part of this recent trend of what I consider "corporate escape rooms." From the storefront, it looks like the rooms have pretty high production value. However, I've come to realize that more money dumped into visuals doesn't always mean more difficulty, creativity, or just overall fun. Nonetheless, I was quite surprised by the room my group decided to tackle, called The Heist. In an effort not to spoil the puzzles for anyone reading this review, the main things I want to point out are (1) the puzzles felt really organic and there were times where I felt like was really part of a heist, (2) there were several puzzles that really rode on the edge of what I would consider natural limitations, and (3) all of the puzzles worked the way they were supposed to, and some a bit overly precise. I'll always appreciate precision, regardless of how much it pisses me off in a room, though. My group and I have already booked our next challenge here, and are excited to see what else they have to offer. Highly recommend getting a large enough group together to fill all the spots, since they do allow other people to fill in to reach capacity, unless you're into meeting new people like that. To each their own!

They completely immerse you into the story, and most importantly, the clues and puzzles make sense. There is nothing worse than asking for a hint and thinking "How the heck would I have known that?!!" That frustration can ruin the experience. The host was the absolute highlight -- most awesome, energetic, and genuinely helpful guy. He set the tone right from the jump, explained everything clearly, kept things moving without giving anything away, and had this perfect balance of hype and chill that made the whole experience feel easy and exciting. You can tell he actually cares about people having a great time. Room itself was creative as hell. Great flow, no cheap gotchas, and the finale felt earned.
