I feel like I really understand the systems better now and am more confident on how it works and what I might need to address in terms of maintenance getting the most out of it. James was able to get my system up and running and tested so that everything was working and functioning properly. I'm grateful for his attention to detail, cheerful attitude and professionalism. Pretty much the most basic thing an HVAC person could do. The person said the earliest they could come out would be this Friday and quoted me the price per pound- said it was no issue. It's a vacation rental so we blocked off the rental for Friday so this could be done- thus losing revenue. TWENTY MINUTES before our appointment we get a call from them that they can't do the work and don't want to be "liable" for working on a unit they didn't install (again- they've been here before with no issues) Incredibly unprofessional- I expressed my surprise and the guy didn't care at all. I did let him know that I'd be writing a review to warn others and his response was "do what you need to do" while laughing. I just realized 90% of their google reviews are written by their employees- sad. Harder to scam Yelp so trust the one star average and choose another company. What a joke.
