They were professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and had great attitudes from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in honest, quality work. When the team from Greensboro, Brittany and Alex, finally showed up for the job on Sunday, 2.5…read morehours late, after our Saturday noon appointment was cancelled due to them being over two hours behind schedule at another job, they worked hard and I was pleased with the duct and fireplace cleaning. I tipped them both for taking their Sunday to do the job, although my Sunday was also compromised. On both days, I initiated a phone call to inquire about the status of our appointment as time was slipping by and the courtesy of a phone call was not extended to me. The next day I made an appointment for duct cleaning at my daughter's house the following Thursday at 9:30 and they DID NOT SHOW UP. No phone call. Just a no show. I called the owner, Marshall, in Arden and he hurriedly mentioned possible car trouble saying he would reach out to Greensboro team and get right back to me. NO CALL BACK. This company is not reliable. Choose another.
