And than there is a first red flag - the masseuse requested full payment up front. A guess , she wants to get paid regardless of how you feel about the service. After about 10 minutes of my massage the horror begins. Very loud "ding dong" sound after new clients come to waiting room. Linda drops everything and runs out to talk to them. Comes back after few minutes and continue her massage. Few minutes later another loud "ding dong" and new people come in. Again, Linda drops everything and runs out to talk to them. Than comes back without saying anything and continue with her work. Than after few minutes the same things happened. Loud "ding dong" and new people come in. This happened several times during my session. At one point I was so irritated that I wanted to leave. I told her, this supposed to be relaxing session. But now I am so frustrated with all this. She apologized and asked me to come down and let her finish the massage. But the last movements of my therapist were more like "poking" dead animals to see if they are alive. Terrible. Than she said - finished. When I was leaving she said "you are not going to give me a tip ?" I gave her $10 and left. Than, when I was already in my car I looked at my watch and it was 3:05pm but I started my massage at 2:15pm. so I realized on top of all these "ding dongs" runs away she cut my session off at the end by at least 10 minutes. That made me even more frustrated. Well, I feel like I took it for the team so you don't have to waste your money and feel the way I did. The place is located between two restaurants and another Spa and this will guarantee lots of walking traffic and lots of"ding dong" sessions. Take my advice- Stay away from this place. They clearly don't have a license with the techniques they were using knuckles instead of actually deep tissue massaging with your hands and also they stated when I asked him where's the reflexology 30 minute massage they said they gave it to me it was included in the 1 hour full body massage they also said that hot stones it's too hot to have hot stones so if I'm gonna pay $95 for a 90 minute massage which includes 30 minute reflexology and hot stones And I want to full body massage they only massaged the back of my body not the front they have the nerve to use the race card and say most" white people" dont want the front massaged. I prefer full-body massages that include all the major muscle groups. However, my therapist was skilled and professional, and she was able to effectively work those muscles without any discomfort or crossing any boundaries. I highly recommend Healthy Massage.
