There are so few times in life that you truly experience service levels from the car audio/car tech industry that are on par with Michelin Star restaurants, luxurious hotels, etc...My experience with Elevated audio was truly amazing from start to finish. Not very often does someone walk through your doors who has a huge budget and a multitude of aspirations for a sound system. Usually in this industry, when someone does have these aforementioned characteristics, they feel like they are taken advantage of in the end. My experience with elevated audio was quite the opposite. From the moment I walked in for my appointment, I was kindly greeted (and expected, which is a big deal to me). I was taken to a room where I was offered a refreshment, I was toured around the entire shop, and finally by the end I was consulting with actual professionals. My man Tommy was so helpful. He shared my spirit for car audio and made me feel at home when working with me to make my ideas become a reality. Another typical shortcoming for this industry is overall time to complete a project & communication during the process itself. Once again, elevated audio completely shattered my expectations in this regard. I was contacted any time there needed to be a change made to the design, I was sent photos during the build process (per my request), I was greeted with so much excitement every time I called to ask questions of my own. These guys all kept me entirely in the loop while this build was going down. Aaron was also amazing, his overall expertise around car audio was astounding. He has an amazing eye for design (and quality) which you could tell as the project neared its end. Truly the whole team is exceptionally skilled, I simply mention Tommy and Aaron because the majority of the text, email, and phone conversations were with them in particular. When I went to pick up my car, I was just absolutely blown away. The bass was so damn powerful that it left my head feeling funny as I was headed home. It rattles the rear view mirrors and interior trim panels of every car within a 25-foot vicinity of my car and to top it off, my friends can't even ride with me in the car without bringing their ear plugs. The mids & highs were so crisp, clean, and vibrant. The build quality was better than anything I could have done myself (and to me, admitting that publicly is a rarity). The visual design of the system was perfect and it made the system look OEM. All of the small details were also just so impressive! The amp racks were beautiful, the connections were soldered, organized professionally, and everything was installed to be a "show quality" standard. Even the smaller wires were spliced together to look like strands of DNA or something...it was jaw dropping quality. Even looking into my engine, you couldn't even tell that any of the zero gauge wire was there! I am a proud owner of an elevated audio car system. There are few times where your smiles-per-gallon ROI is so great and this investment of mine is truly an exception to that. I'm another highly satisfied customer. I have a 2011 Honda CRV that had stock speakers. Andrew upgraded me to Focal component front door speakers (crossovers and tweeters too), Focal 2-way speakers in the back door, a JVC Arsenal head unit (CD, blue tooth, AUX and USB iPod capable), a JL 5-channel amplifier, and JL subwoofer. Plus, Sirius satellite radio install. It's been a long time since I had a upgrade like this and right now, it's like Christmas every time I'm in my car -- and Andrew was Santa Claus. Everything is perfect. I've been a recreational pilot coming on 40 years and have never met a non-pilot who was as detail oriented as Andrew. He really did listen, communicated effectively by email and phone, provided service that I considered as top notch, and this was my experience from beginning to completion of the job. His product knowledge and overall experience was inspiring. I had complete confidence everything was going to meet my requirements and that happened. Forgot to mention: a labor intensive installation of Dynamat was installed on all 4 car doors. This is ''sound deadening'' material applied to the inner metal door frame plus another application on the inner door area. Where there was a ''tinny'' sound before when tapping on the door, there is now a heavier, dull thud -- sound from the speakers travel into the cabin, and no vibration at all within the door. It's also noticeably quieter inside my car. You won't find another person in this field more qualified or professional than Andrew. I am not even a repeat customer. I am a first time customer who values great customer service and quality work above all else. I have had very mixed luck buying from more (historically) established audio outlets, both independent as well as through big-box stores. Now, I will never go back to said establishments again. Elevated Audio are simply the place to go to, hands down. Well, I should technically say they are the ones to come to you. I had never had audio install come to me. First, the consultation over the phone was very efficient, and Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable (understatement) about options, not to mention friendly. No pressure to go the most expensive route, but he also gave me options for the future too past my initial needs. A great compromise and path forward. Matthew was my installer, and again insanely knowledgeable. Being a curious type I asked tons of further questions, which he was happy to go into detail with. He navigated a fairly complex stock system (to my layman's understanding) and he was done in a few short hours. And the proof at the end of the day is that my car sounds freaking fantastic, even with this "first step" so to speak. I found Andrew after reading dozens of reviews and researching similar car audio installers and comparing the smaller independent companies, like Elevated Audio, to the big box stores (i.e. car toys, best buy, etc.) and I'm so glad I did...He is thorough in understanding the job at hand and he provides quotes in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. He will even come to you to have the work completed on your vehicle whether it be at your home, or as in my case, while I was at work. He has a vehicle check-in process that protects both you and him, and he does excellent work. I had an amazing experience with Elevated Audio. I recently purchased a Pioneer CarPlay system from Car Toys. The install was painful and I was left with a system that had continual hissing and overly loud voice prompts. Car Toys would not address the problem stating they needed to research it or actually bill me for troubleshooting. I had that terrible feeling that taking it back to them would be like returning food at a restaurant then worrying what the chef would do behind closed doors. I contacted Andrew late at night and he responded immediately. He was able to diagnose the problem in minutes and scheduled the repair for the next day at my home. Jon came the next day and after a quick assessment, had the problem fixed in one hour. He then proceeded to give me an overview of the new system. I am completely overwhelmed by such great service. Jon never once bad mouthed the competition. He was extremely professional and obviously very skilled. Going here will change your life. Ok, at least the way you experience music in your car. I spent a ton of money on an upgrade to my car stereo a couple of years ago, and afterward, it sounded awful. After 2 years of pain and sadness over my disappointing investment, I called Elevated and I expected them to say "you need new speakers," or "you need more power," but instead, they said "you've got an amazing system! You just need the right people tuning it." That's a big change from the usual car stereo store hustle. I just picked up my car this afternoon, and honestly, I have goose bumps after listening to it. I'm a lifelong audiophile, and I had no idea a car stereo could sound like this!!! It's mind blowingly great! Note, these guys aren't cheap, but honestly, I paid 5 times more for my stereo equipment than I did to have them tune it, and I honestly think they brought out the best in my system. Wish I could give him 8.5 on a 10. Great guy, a true (non-shady) small business owner with a can-do attitude, a good skillset, and good customer service skills. I feel confident that he can handle any or all your audio needs/problems. I will take off 1 star because he doesn't have a dedicated shop (he works out of his house/garage... I mean, he is a mobile service after all) and his travel rates are a little steep for my taste. Maybe if you're having him install a whole system the $20 is worth it, but otherwise a quick fix makes him a little less easy to access.or useful. In this particular case he fixed a potentially difficult troubleshooting issue fairly quickly and for a reasonable (not cheap) rate. I was very impressed with his pre and post car inspection, clear communication of what his insurance covers, and documentation of what services he was going to provide. Overall impression: Andrew is like getting the best audio installer at the best audio shop but only 65% the price tag. read more

Knowledgeable, communicative, intelligent, attention to detail and a great ear! You can't go wrong bringing your car audio needs to Andrew. I wanted a completely stealth system that would pound in my 5-series BMW, and he blew me away. Component speakers front and rear in factory locations, dual 12-inch subs with remote level-controller, three amplifiers, electronic crossover, replaced all speaker wire, Dynamat, all while integrating with my factory head unit and retaining steering wheel controls. He managed to hide all this gear (well, except for the large sub enclosure) in such a way you'd never know it's in the car. Until you hit the power button! This project would have taken me over a month in my spare time; he did a splendid job quickly, on time and still honored my budget. Andrew was supposed to come at 10 am in my garage to give a needed upgrade ( bluetooth streaming, ipod and USB connectivity) to my 2006 911 carrera 4 entertainment system. Andrew arrived 10 min in advance, very professional, explained to me what the process was going to be, the ETA for the completion of the job and he started working immediately. The result is amazing, very very discreet installation, everything is hidden and you would have no idea of the upgrade if it was not mentioned to you. In the spring of 2017 another company doing warranty work on my 2016 Itasca Navion motorhome told me I needed new speakers because the originals were "blown". With that diagnosis I decided to check out Elevated Audio. During the Consultation, Tommy and his guys found that the radio was set up incorrectly by the warranty folks so they made a few tweaks to bring back the sound and sent me on my way at no charge, without even a sales pitch. After being out on the road for 2 months my wife and I decided to look into an upgrade to the sound system so back to Elevated Audio. We ended up, after Tommy and the guys performed their magic with a system with excellent clarity, and sounds fantastic. Andrew was amazing! He came to my work, installed my new stereo, sat down with me to explain all of the in's and out's and did an incredible job. The best part... A few weeks later, the stereo stopped working (for a reason completely unrelated to the installation) and he responded to my issue fast by swinging by my work a second time to check it out. He then set-up an appointment so that he could replace my fluke of a stereo with a brand new one. I was worried I was going to have to buy a new stereo and pay for additional labor, but Andrew was so committed to making my experience a great one that he went out of his way to help and completely solve a problem that wasn't even his responsibility. Patrick just installed a new Pioneer nav system in my 06 Porsche Boxster S. I'm very happy with the work he did. Clean install and the new system really brings out the stock speakers. The final install price was the price that I was quoted. Communication before and during the process was great. Had a question on the system after and received the same prompt service! If you haven't purchased your system yet make sure you contact these guys FIRST before buying on eBay or Amazon as you may get a better price. Price for install was significantly cheaper than what Car Toys was asking and Patrick did a phenomenal job on what looked to be a complicated install. Perfect service, Andrew was awesome. After deciding to try installing 2 subs, 4 door speakers, and an amp by myself... I messed up somewhere along the way. I was unable to discover where I had made the mistake, which was causing my blinkers to not work... That doesn't sound good after trying to just install speakers.. Not only did Andrew find and fix the problem within no time, he did it for more than 50% less than anywhere else I researched would have done it. He installed an ipod to car hookup in about thirty minutes at a scheduled weekend appointment, professionally checking the car both before and after service. This company is amazing. Patrick was the one who did my install. I wanted a Double DIN with Nav installed but I had a problem- the nav unit I bought was too big for the dash kit I got from Metra. Patrick trimmed my kit to custom fit my nav and let me tell you, it looks flawless. It seriously looks like I took it straight from the box and put it in my car. He was meticulous, took his time, and did absolutely beautiful work. I am proud that I went to Elevated Audio and not anyone else because my car looks immaculate. This is by far the best experience I've ever had from anything car audio. Got new speakers, an amp, and a subwoofer installed into my car. When deciding what speakers to buy Andrew made sure to stay within my budget and was willing to answer any questions I had. Once the installation day came around Andrew was on time, early actually and was very nice and was a nice guy to have a conversation with. Stellar service. Andrew and me interfaced several times about installing a new navigation, subwoofer/amp, and a backup camera in my Lexus LX470. He was very detailed about various options and all the pros/cons of each. The fact that they come to you to do the install is great. Matt did a killer job with the install and went above and beyond when we ran into some difficulties with the planned setup. There's a lot of "installers" out there that I've used but these guys actually truly know their stuff.
