The quality of work and customer service at Elevated Audio is second to none. You will pay more upfront by going to Elevated Audio, but the work will be done correctly and they will stand behind it. Coming from a guy who's gone to multiple audio shops with multiple BMW Z4s and had issues every time until this place, well, that upfront premium is definitely worth it to me! So what did I have done? I had the front tweeters replaced, a new DSP amplifier installed, and a new deck installed. They ran dedicated speaker wires to each speaker so each speaker had its own channel on the amp. Did we run into issues? Yes, just like the other two places I've gone to with my last sports car. But unlike the two other places I had gone to in the past, let's see how they truly went above and beyond... The first issue I had is the amplifier died. This is the nature of electronics (look up the "bath tub curve of reliability") - in short, if the amp was going to die, it was probably going to die within a few months of getting it or not for many, many years. Elevated Audio stood behind their product and replaced the amp. But there's more... Next issue was a rattling noise I heard from the passenger-side speaker. Again, I took in the car. And again, they stood behind their work and fixed the rattle. Now some audio shops would have argued it was not an issue with the speaker so tough cookies - not Elevated Audio. They just took care of it - no charge. But there's more... Next issue was the deck (I know, I had a bit of bad luck!) Again, remember the bath tub curve. No audio shop has control over if/when a deck or amp is going to fail, so you cannot judge them on that. I did not like the Kenwood deck they had put in for usability reasons and asked since the deck was acting up anyway to move to an Alpine. Again, they just took care of it - no charge on labor, just the delta in price to go from the original deck to the Alpine. More than reasonable. But there's one final thing! The steering controls work only intermittently. Again, they took it in free of charge and tried to fix it. It's still only working intermittently, but they've offered to let me bring it in to have them look at it again. I will take them up on that offer, but only after this whole COVID 19 thing gets better. So in summary, I know it may seem that many things went wrong, but you have to look at what was reasonably under their control. Every step of the way, the quality of their work was spectacular. They stood behind their product and their work. And I guarantee you that had I gone to another shop, I could have experienced the exact same manufacturer failures and had that occurred, I would not have been taken care of the way Elevated Audio treated me. read more

I recently bought one of those Sprinter van RVs made by Winnebago on a Mercedes chassis. The staff at Camping World wasn't too concerned that I couldn't synch my phone to the system. I called Elevated Audio and .they fit me in quickly. The tech spent a good 45 min. With me explaining the entertainment system DVD, TV, phone synch, etc etc. He refused to charge me for his time! My 911's stock head unit was poorly designed but I loved the sound of the stock Bose system in the car. They were able to keep the Bose system while replacing the head unit and providing a kit that looked like it came from the factory. They take the care to protect the car while they do the install. I am absolutely thrilled with a job well done. The system and install I chose were not cheap, but I feel these guys and their work represents an incredible value. REAL DEAL Needed to upgrade the factory audio system for recent model Jeep Grand Cherokee. When researching I came across Elevated Audio and Tommy reached back out to me shortly about doing a consultation. I went in thinking I needed a new head unit and speakers, but they recommended instead replacing the factory amp and adding a digital sound processor. The results are amazing! My wife says it's like being at a live concert. I can understand lyrics that I couldn't before. And the added acoustical insulation makes my truck much more pleasant to drive even when the stereo is off. TLDR: They simply do fantastic work and couldn't be more honest. I waited a month before posting this review as I wanted to wait until my system had a chance to break it in case there was any issues. My goal was to improve the overall sound of my F-150 while keeping the stock Carplay/android ready stereo. I came in expecting to replace the speakers, install an amp, and of-course a subwoofer and have a box fabricated. They actually talked me out of replacing the speakers, they said it wasn't needed (they were absolutely correct). They found a unique issue to my specific model of F-150 which took a bit longer to resolve than the planned work time but they stayed the course and got my system to 100% perfection with no compromises. Really great experience here. I was originally going to go on the cheap and get a basic system to replace my original stereo that came with my truck. However, after speaking with the team last year, they showed me my options and recommended something more suited to what I actually wanted. I am so glad I listened to their advice. I've had my stereo about a year. I had some connectivity issues about six months back, took it in and they upgraded the firmware and fixed it for no charge. I also still get customer check in calls. Andrew just finished installing a Pioneer AVIC-8000NEX into my new Subaru WRX STI. The car has less than 40 miles on it, and he was extremely careful to ensure nothing got scratched or dinged up. All factory steering wheel controls, SatelliteXM, backup camera, and USB center console were retained, and tested. Very professional job, very clean looking, everything is working flawlessly. Andrew went above and beyond to test both iPhone and Android functionality, gave me a run down of features, and helped me configure the new head unit. Andrew drove to my place, with everything necessary for the install, and did the install in my driveway. Insanely convenient. I'm an IT guy and it's well within reason that I could have done this myself, I was considering it, but "shopped around" on Yelp. Elevated Audio immediately replied to my inquiry, and quoted me a good price, so I decided to try them out. I sat with Andrew and watched him do the install, after it is all said and done, I'm so glad that I didn't do this myself. It took him a few hours, what would have taken me far longer. I would have had to order more cables/parts/etc, there would have been downtime. Now I'm good to go, day 2 owning the new STI. Without a doubt, I can highly recommend Elevated Audio. Andrew was great. I had him install an entire system in my 2013 Rav4. Components in the front, regular speakers in the back, connected to a 4 channel amp installed under the driver seat, a small powered sub under the passenger seat, and a double din head unit. I wanted to retain my OEM rear view camera and steering wheel controls and he got that done. We had a little trouble with the steering wheel controls, so I had to come back to finish the install after ordering a separate part. He also fixed a few things I wanted changed with the system (the way some external cables were run) at no charge. Great install. Very clean. read more

Andrew's Installs did an exceptional job today of installing my new Sirius XM radio, as well as a Parrot Bluetooth Car Kit. Now I have hundreds of channels available on the satellite radio, and can make and receive calls without touching my cell phone. Andrew ran them both through the existing FM radio in my Mini Cooper - and offered to pulled the wires from my Garmin GPS so that they no longer dangle in front of the dash! From the first email contact to completing today's transaction, I can't say enough about the level of Andrew's professionalism. The Mini presents a myriad of challenges, due to space restrictions. My stereo wouldn't power up. I tore the thing out myself, but couldn't solve the problem. I knew that car toys and best buy were just waiting to have their way with me, and I'm not down with that kind of lovin'. I saw that Andrew was nearby and had great reviews here. I met with him the next day. After a brief diagnostic session, he determined I just had a ground issue, which he quickly resolved for a very nominal fee. Andrew cut his teeth which working for the entities mentioned above, but now works for himself. He is insured, and maintains professionalism. Andrew wrote no less than 12 emails discussing the merits of all of my car audio options and helped me make the right purchases. He came to my place and had everything fixed within 1 hour, plus fixed a few other things that I didn't even expect!! My factory issue stereo developed a bad habit in that it turned off anytime you touched it. It was aggravating my road rage, so in the interest of public safety, I went to Elevation Audio for a very simple replacement. Nothing fancy, I just wanted to be able to listen to NPR and podcasts. I actually wasn't sure that they would take such a "simple" job, but they are close to my house and the reviews are ridiculously good. AMAZING!! Elevated Audio designed and installed the stereo system for my 2017 Ford Raptor. Tommy and the team carefully thought through the entire install and we landed on a PAC audio factory adapter (eliminates the exhaust note through the factory unit as well as providing clean pre-amp audio outs), JL subwoofer with custom designed ported enclosure behind my rear seats, JL audio amp, and all new door speakers and tweeters by Morel. I have no idea how your team designed the enclosure behind the rear seats as well as you did, but you made it work.
