The quality of work and customer service at Elevated Audio is second to none. You will pay more upfront by going to Elevated Audio, but the work will be done correctly and they will stand behind it. Coming from a guy who's gone to multiple audio shops with multiple BMW Z4s and had issues every time until this place, well, that upfront premium is definitely worth it to me! So what did I have done? I had the front tweeters replaced, a new DSP amplifier installed, and a new deck installed. They ran dedicated speaker wires to each speaker so each speaker had its own channel on the amp. Did we run into issues? Yes, just like the other two places I've gone to with my last sports car. But unlike the two other places I had gone to in the past, let's see how they truly went above and beyond... The first issue I had is the amplifier died. This is the nature of electronics (look up the "bath tub curve of reliability") - in short, if the amp was going to die, it was probably going to die within a few months of getting it or not for many, many years. Elevated Audio stood behind their product and replaced the amp. But there's more... Next issue was a rattling noise I heard from the passenger-side speaker. Again, I took in the car. And again, they stood behind their work and fixed the rattle. Now some audio shops would have argued it was not an issue with the speaker so tough cookies - not Elevated Audio. They just took care of it - no charge. But there's more... Next issue was the deck (I know, I had a bit of bad luck!) Again, remember the bath tub curve. No audio shop has control over if/when a deck or amp is going to fail, so you cannot judge them on that. I did not like the Kenwood deck they had put in for usability reasons and asked since the deck was acting up anyway to move to an Alpine. Again, they just took care of it - no charge on labor, just the delta in price to go from the original deck to the Alpine. More than reasonable. But there's one final thing! The steering controls work only intermittently. Again, they took it in free of charge and tried to fix it. It's still only working intermittently, but they've offered to let me bring it in to have them look at it again. I will take them up on that offer, but only after this whole COVID 19 thing gets better. So in summary, I know it may seem that many things went wrong, but you have to look at what was reasonably under their control. Every step of the way, the quality of their work was spectacular. They stood behind their product and their work. And I guarantee you that had I gone to another shop, I could have experienced the exact same manufacturer failures and had that occurred, I would not have been taken care of the way Elevated Audio treated me. read more

Great service. Responsive. Explained everything clearly. Quality products. Good prices. Highly recommend. Delivered on time. Kept me up to date progress. Will definitely go back again. read more

I recently bought one of those Sprinter van RVs made by Winnebago on a Mercedes chassis. The staff at Camping World wasn't too concerned that I couldn't synch my phone to the system. I called Elevated Audio and .they fit me in quickly. The tech spent a good 45 min. With me explaining the entertainment system DVD, TV, phone synch, etc etc. He refused to charge me for his time! What amazing people run this place! They are all so honest and knowledgeable. read more

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Impeccable work from the initial consultation to the delivery of the finished product. They take the time to get to know your preferences and recommend the products and services they feel best fit your situation. My 911's stock head unit was poorly designed but I loved the sound of the stock Bose system in the car. They were able to keep the Bose system while replacing the head unit and providing a kit that looked like it came from the factory. They take the care to protect the car while they do the install. I am absolutely thrilled with a job well done. The system and install I chose were not cheap, but I feel these guys and their work represents an incredible value. TL/DR: Quality service and incredible value! read more

Great place for your new stereo. Solid customer service and appointment process. Product selections are made easy by a trusted brand list though you can probably special order and have anything installed. You'll pay a bit more than other places but the quality of work matches the price. I would take photos but everything is too hidden away : ) Thanks Elevated Audio! read more

Good work on my Porsche 911 C4S; know what they are doing, and use quality material and solid fit and finish. It may cost slightly more, but you don't want someone not familiar with the car's electronics. Mounted new head unit, BlackVue front and rear camera's. Everything looks like it would come from the factory. read more

REAL DEAL Needed to upgrade the factory audio system for recent model Jeep Grand Cherokee. When researching I came across Elevated Audio and Tommy reached back out to me shortly about doing a consultation. Came in and met up with Matthew and Tommy and talked a little bit about what I was looking for and my needs. They gave great advice and listened to what I was hoping to accomplish via the setup. We came up with a game plan and they delivered. I've had my system now for about 1 month and have definitely taken some nice long road trips to "burn" it in. The upgrade is phenomenal, and it is a different world when listening to hi-quality music through my new setup. I am completely thrilled with the way it turned out and fully endorse these guys. Tommy, Matthew, Aaron, Brett - hats off to you and your work. I hope that I can get my dashcam upgraded and laid down as well, as I know you guys will deliver excellent service again. read more

I went in thinking I needed a new head unit and speakers, but they recommended instead replacing the factory amp and adding a digital sound processor. The results are amazing! My wife says it's like being at a live concert. I can understand lyrics that I couldn't before. And the added acoustical insulation makes my truck much more pleasant to drive even when the stereo is off. Great guys to work with, totally focused on delivering the finest performance based on my listening preferences. Their shop is immaculate and their installations look like OEM factory jobs. I will never go anywhere else for car audio work. read more

TLDR: They simply do fantastic work and couldn't be more honest. I waited a month before posting this review as I wanted to wait until my system had a chance to break it in case there was any issues. My goal was to improve the overall sound of my F-150 while keeping the stock Carplay/android ready stereo. I came in expecting to replace the speakers, install an amp, and of-course a subwoofer and have a box fabricated. They actually talked me out of replacing the speakers, they said it wasn't needed (they were absolutely correct). They found a unique issue to my specific model of F-150 which took a bit longer to resolve than the planned work time but they stayed the course and got my system to 100% perfection with no compromises. Everything was exactly as they promised. read more

Jared helped me replace some damaged speakers in my truck and I'm blown away by how good they sound. He helped me understand the costs and the unique situation which justified it. This is the 2nd time I've gotten audio work done here and I can't sing their praises high enough. Especially to Jared, thanks man. read more

Brought a Mclaren in for a serious but invisible sound upgrade. I knew from the first visit that I would be able to trust this group with a high end vehicle. They were knowledgeable about the car due to research done before I even arrived. The work done was impeccable and it sounds amazing. If you look inside the car you would never know it can break the windows in your house with sound. I'll be back for more work. read more

I am INCREDIBLY picky about my cars. Andrew came out for a fair price, worked on the car at my place, and did a phenomenal, professional job. He talked to me at every step to let me know what he was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. read more

Andrew just finished installing a Pioneer AVIC-8000NEX into my new Subaru WRX STI. The car has less than 40 miles on it, and he was extremely careful to ensure nothing got scratched or dinged up. All factory steering wheel controls, SatelliteXM, backup camera, and USB center console were retained, and tested. Very professional job, very clean looking, everything is working flawlessly. Andrew went above and beyond to test both iPhone and Android functionality, gave me a run down of features, and helped me configure the new head unit. Andrew drove to my place, with everything necessary for the install, and did the install in my driveway. Insanely convenient. I'm an IT guy and it's well within reason that I could have done this myself, I was considering it, but "shopped around" on Yelp. Elevated Audio immediately replied to my inquiry, and quoted me a good price, so I decided to try them out. I sat with Andrew and watched him do the install, after it is all said and done, I'm so glad that I didn't do this myself. It took him a few hours, what would have taken me far longer. I would have had to order more cables/parts/etc, there would have been downtime. Now I'm good to go, day 2 owning the new STI. Without a doubt, I can highly recommend Elevated Audio. I will be a returning customer, and have them to install radar detection, and probably new speakers. read more

Andrew was great. I had him install an entire system in my 2013 Rav4. Components in the front, regular speakers in the back, connected to a 4 channel amp installed under the driver seat, a small powered sub under the passenger seat, and a double din head unit. I wanted to retain my OEM rear view camera and steering wheel controls and he got that done. We had a little trouble with the steering wheel controls, so I had to come back to finish the install after ordering a separate part. He also fixed a few things I wanted changed with the system (the way some external cables were run) at no charge. Great install. Very clean. read more

Andrew was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His email communication was very prompt when I initially reached out about a quote, and that sense of urgency continued through all of our interactions. There was a small issue after installation from removing and reassembling the dash (one of my heating knobs wasn't turning fully), but Andrew set a time to come out and fix it as soon as I contacted him about it. I think that's the mark of real customer service--being able to admit fault when you make a mistake and then taking the steps to correct it. I highly recommend these guys. read more

Andrew and Matt did a great job. I can't recommend them highly enough - maybe a sixth star? Andrew took the time to ask me what I was interested in having and offered a couple of options. He even included a video tutorial on the receiver when he sent over the purchase and installation quote. The pricing was very competitive - better than the brick and mortar store I started in. Matt called when he was close, and since I was ready, he started a little early. The install was done faster than Andrew expected it would take (much faster than another installer told me it would take). And when Matt was finished, he took me through a demonstration of the functions, and connected my phone to the bluetooth. I could not be happier with the service! read more

Worth every cent! I knew I was going to be paying more for this shop because of the quality of work they do. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Nothing but great things to say with their services from install to customer service. I will be referring everyone to Elevated Audio!! read more

I've had a few car stereo installs done in my life, and this was definitely the cheapest and easiest one done. I prefer communicating through email and Andrew was very responsive. I told him what I was looking for and linked a few stereos, to which he came back with excellent advice and a few suggestions. The install was done professionally and quickly at my home. Andrew showed me how to use the stereo after and was very friendly, answering all of my dumb questions. I would rate this experience 6 stars if I could. Thank you! read more

I did not end up getting my stereo system installed at this place.... but I'm regretful I did not. This place is definitely a bit more expensive than just about any other place you'd choose. But in this case YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR really fits. read more

Andrew's Installs did an exceptional job today of installing my new Sirius XM radio, as well as a Parrot Bluetooth Car Kit. Now I have hundreds of channels available on the satellite radio, and can make and receive calls without touching my cell phone. Andrew ran them both through the existing FM radio in my Mini Cooper - and offered to pulled the wires from my Garmin GPS so that they no longer dangle in front of the dash! From the first email contact to completing today's transaction, I can't say enough about the level of Andrew's professionalism. The Mini presents a myriad of challenges, due to space restrictions. He generated solutions, and then walked me through a brief training on the new equipment. 5+ stars for this entrepreneurial technical expert; thanks very much, Andrew! read more

My stereo wouldn't power up. I tore the thing out myself, but couldn't solve the problem. I knew that car toys and best buy were just waiting to have their way with me, and I'm not down with that kind of lovin'. I saw that Andrew was nearby and had great reviews here. I met with him the next day. After a brief diagnostic session, he determined I just had a ground issue, which he quickly resolved for a very nominal fee. Andrew cut his teeth which working for the entities mentioned above, but now works for himself. He is insured, and maintains professionalism. (Don't look for him to bypass your court-ordered breathalyzer, Drunk McTipsy!) Highly recommended. read more

Really great experience here. I was originally going to go on the cheap and get a basic system to replace my original stereo that came with my truck. However, after speaking with the team last year, they showed me my options and recommended something more suited to what I actually wanted. I am so glad I listened to their advice. I've had my stereo about a year. I had some connectivity issues about six months back, took it in and they upgraded the firmware and fixed it for no charge. I also still get customer check in calls. Excellent customer service, fair prices, great expertise. I would highly recommend Elevate, especially if you were like me and didn't know anything about audio! read more

Brought in my 2012 Honda Civic and left in less than an hour with 3/3 problems solved! I had called these guys before coming in and they took the time (about 15 minutes) to really listen to my concerns and even offer some advice by phone. I did make an appointment to come in and they promised to do their best to respect my time, as I'm leaving for a road trip at the end of the month and this was my only opportunity to bring my car in. The guys even taught me some tricks to try to troubleshoot if/when these problems occur again. Highly recommend. Thank you for the excellent service. read more

This guy is an artist. I have complete confidence in his work. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Andrew wrote no less than 12 emails discussing the merits of all of my car audio options and helped me make the right purchases. Does not fit the mold of a car audio guy... this guy is sharp as a tack, knows what he's doing and had a great attention to detail. Not only did he walk me through operation of the devices he installed, but he's been very responsive as "tech support" when I've had questions afterwards. Who does that?! Bravo! Lot's of value in getting an install done with Andrew, if for no other reason than to sleep well at night knowing the job is done right. This guys does his installs by the book, no parking brake overrides for your front video here. I believe he carries insurance too (didn't verify). read more

Made an account just for this rating. My F150 was not starting due to the viper alarm system, so I called up Andrew and got a meeting setup right then on the phone for a few days out. He came to my place and had everything fixed within 1 hour, plus fixed a few other things that I didn't even expect!! (fixed some of the mess with my wiring, paired my viper remote, and got the shock sensor working) This guy knows his stuff and is much cheaper then the big names. Highly recommended. read more

My factory issue stereo developed a bad habit in that it turned off anytime you touched it. It was aggravating my road rage, so in the interest of public safety, I went to Elevation Audio for a very simple replacement. Nothing fancy, I just wanted to be able to listen to NPR and podcasts. I actually wasn't sure that they would take such a "simple" job, but they are close to my house and the reviews are ridiculously good. AMAZING!! They introduced me around the shop, went through every step of the process, and treated me as if I were their most important customer. I would recommend them to anyone. Their reviews are well earned and well deserved. Stereo works and looks great. Streets are safer. done and done read more

I had Andrew install a DVD receiver, dual headrest monitors and a backup camera into my minivan. He helped me decide which devices made the most sense and was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The install was perfect, everything works and looks flawless, it's like having a completely new car. He took the time to show us how to use everything and I have no doubt he'd be happy to help with any future questions. He was professional, friendly and his pricing was very reasonable. I'll definitely be recommending him to my friends and I'm sure we'll be back when our other car is ready for an upgrade. There is a reason Elevated Audio has several five star reviews, and after the great customer service, good pricing, and outstanding quality work I received, I'm adding another one to the list. I made some inquiries via email to the top rated audio installers in the Denver metro area, and Andrew was the only one to return my emails. I told him what I was looking for and he provided me with a few different options at different price points. Being as popular as they are, I had to wait a few weeks for their next available appointment in my area. But I figured it would be worth the wait to have the job done right. Which brings up another outstanding feature they provide, they can come to you! How sweet is that? I had the car stereo installed in my work parking lot while I was at work, that was extremely convenient. There was a delivery issue with vendor providing the head unit I wanted. It was supposed arrive before my appointment, but the manufacturer slipped the delivery date, and the new date was going to be a week after my appointment. Andrew called me and explained the situation, and instead of having me wait another week, he offered to have the model just below the one requested installed temporarily and then swap it out with the other one when it arrived. Now that is some outstanding customer service. The install preformed by Matt was top notch. There was alot of dis-assembly involved, and when he was finished, everything was in perfect working order, down to the smallest detail. He even setup my Preset radio stations from my old radio and went over the new features in my new one. A week later Andrew replaced the temp head unit with the one I ordered, again while I was at work. A great experience all the way around. read more

BY FAR the most amazing customer service experience I have had anywhere. There are no words to describe how highly I recommend using Elevated Audio! Even before my consult they talked through some troubleshooting options for my old unit via phone, something other providers wanted to charge me $50 for. These guys took so much time to sit down with me and do the most thorough consult, the installer even sat in and they were great about helping me find the unit that offered everything on my wish list. I was given a full tour of the shop and detailed information regarding how my professional install would be performed. My new equipment is amazing and I am truly loving my commute! Trustworthy and professional - check them out you won't be disappointed. read more

Elevated Audio designed and installed the stereo system for my 2017 Ford Raptor. Tommy and the team carefully thought through the entire install and we landed on a PAC audio factory adapter (eliminates the exhaust note through the factory unit as well as providing clean pre-amp audio outs), JL subwoofer with custom designed ported enclosure behind my rear seats, JL audio amp, and all new door speakers and tweeters by Morel. I have no idea how your team designed the enclosure behind the rear seats as well as you did, but you made it work. All I can say is this is the the most comprehensive, professional, clean sounding audio I could have ever imagined! The team at Elevated did an amazing job and created a system that truly matched my truck. Thank you Elevated team, you guys are as good as it gets. read more

There's a reason these guys are at the top of Yelp reviews in Denver. Their service is amazing and they are really easy to deal with. Had a BlackVue front and rear camera system installed on my Jeep. Matt called me before to let me know he was running a few minutes late thanks to traffic. He was straightforward and took the time to have me double check the placement of the cameras before they were installed. Afterwards he showed me how to use the BlackVue app and all the other necessary settings. All-in-all I would recommend Elevated Audio to anyone looking to have anything installed in their vehicle. read more
