As not only a woman but a beautiful woman of color I so much respected the way that I was respected by the Men that I came in contact with. Mark's honesty and dedication and diligence has really left a outstanding impact on me. Because of the trustworthiness that I endured with this Auto repair shop and the people as well as the owner that runs it I give this shop a 5 making it a 5 star business and I highly recommend it no Doubt!

The quality of work and customer service at Elevated Audio is second to none. You will pay more…read moreupfront by going to Elevated Audio, but the work will be done correctly and they will stand behind it. Coming from a guy who's gone to multiple audio shops with multiple BMW Z4s and had issues every time until this place, well, that upfront premium is definitely worth it to me! So what did I have done? I had the front tweeters replaced, a new DSP amplifier installed, and a new deck installed. They ran dedicated speaker wires to each speaker so each speaker had its own channel on the amp. Did we run into issues? Yes, just like the other two places I've gone to with my last sports car. But unlike the two other places I had gone to in the past, let's see how they truly went above and beyond... The first issue I had is the amplifier died. This is the nature of electronics (look up the "bath tub curve of reliability") - in short, if the amp was going to die, it was probably going to die within a few months of getting it or not for many, many years. Elevated Audio stood behind their product and replaced the amp. But there's more... Next issue was a rattling noise I heard from the passenger-side speaker. Again, I took in the car. And again, they stood behind their work and fixed the rattle. Now some audio shops would have argued it was not an issue with the speaker so tough cookies - not Elevated Audio. They just took care of it - no charge. But there's more... Next issue was the deck (I know, I had a bit of bad luck!) Again, remember the bath tub curve. No audio shop has control over if/when a deck or amp is going to fail, so you cannot judge them on that. I did not like the Kenwood deck they had put in for usability reasons and asked since the deck was acting up anyway to move to an Alpine. Again, they just took care of it - no charge on labor, just the delta in price to go from the original deck to the Alpine. More than reasonable. But there's one final thing! The steering controls work only intermittently. Again, they took it in free of charge and tried to fix it. It's still only working intermittently, but they've offered to let me bring it in to have them look at it again. I will take them up on that offer, but only after this whole COVID 19 thing gets better. So in summary, I know it may seem that many things went wrong, but you have to look at what was reasonably under their control. Every step of the way, the quality of their work was spectacular. They stood behind their product and their work. And I guarantee you that had I gone to another shop, I could have experienced the exact same manufacturer failures and had that occurred, I would not have been taken care of the way Elevated Audio treated me.

All I needed to know was why my car stereo wasn't working. At all. So I walked in, and the guy explained to me that it would be $35 just to look at my car. But he could look at it right away. I sat in the waiting room, which was stocked with soda and snack machines, along with a television tuned to Family Feud. Excellent. After about four minutes, I see my car being parked back in the parking lot. The guy comes in, tells me all he had to do was change the fuse located in back of the stereo. And then he only charges me $35. He said he'd feel guilty charging me extra for the fuse and the two minutes of labor... so $35 it was. If I ever need help again with my car, I'd rather give these guys my business. No gimmicks, no big egos, just car electronics guys who are there to work.

Matt, the owner came out and explained everything in detail and was very up front with the prices. He is really friendly and knowledgeable. His employees are a motley bunch to look at, but don't let looks be deceiving. All of them were very friendly and great to talk to while I was waiting. I love watching people working on things because I'm naturally curious, not because I'm afraid something will be damaged and they didn't seem to mind. I will definitely go back. I asked questions about additional upgrades and he was able to give me quotes on the spot. Admittedly, OJ needs more work before I can add any additional music upgrades but I was so tired of having to choose charge my phone or listen to Pandora. That is no longer the case. I can charge my phone and listen to tunes. Plus the speakers were shot but not anymore. Even just replacing 2 interior speakers made it a million times better. Bottom line, check him out before a chain and I guarantee you will not be disappointed
