Stereo warehouse was very unprofessional, the owner was rude and unpleasing. He promised us good work and top quality material and it was otherwise. When we called him to come up with a solution he was rude and angry. He burned our amp and two door speakers, and also making a loud noise. This place was close by my house and i planned on having alot of work done on my new truck. First, I had an alarm / remote start installed here. The viper alarm works great but needs some adjusting. This place refused to work on my car unless I could find my paper install receipt. Ever since I moved I can't find the receipt. This places policy is ridiculous. They should have better records. One day I decided to run a wire for my roof lights and took off the plastic on my pillar. I immediately seen that this place ran a wire around my curtain airbag. I was so furious! That is. Huge safety issue. I could have been killed if i were to get into an accident and my airbag did not deploy because thèir install tech was too lazy or under trained. Honest Work! I don't settle for less when it comes to quality products and services. I have been having some issues with my install for some time. Had some different places check it out and recommend different fixes usually requiring a purchase of some kind. I spent five minutes with Norm and he recommended that I allow his techs to troubleshoot the issue. They secured​ my power wires better, improved some of my other wiring and best off all, learned that my amp could only handle 2ohms or more stable. I had both subs wired at 1ohm which caused it to cut off high volumes. It was clipping. I only spent $95 and they did all that. Got a new android auto stereo and backup camera installed in my jeep wrangler, requested custom work to put the camera in the spare wheel and integrate facyory usb to the stereo, team did an amazing job and everything looks like factory quality install and at a very reasonable price. Find someone else, these people are unprofessional and do not care. Walk in to their retail location it's a mess I kid you not. Yet another business that will jerk you around and play games for no reason, regardless of how much you pay. I paid about $2600 and still didn't get good service. Here's what happened: 1. Brought vehicle in morning and requested all speakers, stereo and alarm with remote start installed, was told by end of day it would be complete, it was not and I wasn't informed until literally last minute (after I had arrived to pick up my vehicle). 2. Due to this my vehicle had to stay overnight however I had other appointments specifically for the windshield that was already setup a week in advance. So that appointment got canceled and nour said he could get the windshield. 3. When I went to get the vehicle I discovered there was no alarm installed which I was promptly told by nour that it was "forgotten". So they needed it yet further (3 days now). 4. Finally alarm was installed and complete, now I brought it back to have the windshield fixed since I couldn't get another appointment for a week out. However the windshield installer that nour used left dents in the roof where his hands pushed the windshield in. (About $300 to repair thanks!) 5. Also they initially wanted me to accept the vehicle with some ridiculous under seat boxes that didn't fit right (despite calling ahead and confirming with nour that they have the parts and can do the work by giving full details of the vehicle). Yet another horrible experience with another crappy business that lies and can't deliver. Stay away unless you want extra repairs or unnecessary delays. read more

After listening to my requirements, he guided me to the perfect new sound system at a reasonable price for my 1998 Jeep Wrangler. Before installation I did my due diligence and researched the system on-line to verify it was the one for me. He was right on! The shop is cluttered and a little messy, but what counts is the end product: A professionally installed sound system and that is what I received! The audio technician (Lupito?) did an outstanding job with the installation and then walked me through all of the features of the system including helping me pair my iPhone with the Bluetooth. I plan to use Stereo Warehouse for all my future car audio and alarm needs. read more

Stereo Warehouse is a family-owned business and my go to for all-things alarm and stereo related. They serviced my Tacoma with a new alarm system as well as a new radio system with build-in GPS. They even helped me to fix 2 of my doors which had issues with the lock system. The prices were reasonable and labor was included with the purchase of the stereo and alarm system. After installation, my GPS system was acting-up. They offered me to come back after the weekend for a replacement on the stereo unit, which they did, and now my system is working perfectly. One thing they could do better is tidy up the lobby, which is full of boxes and someone could easily trip in there. read more

Made my appointment to get a radio installed with Bluetooth. They were efficient and made an expert installation. A few weeks after and my radio is still working excellent. The installation did take a bit longer than expected however the owner kept me informed of everything that was going on every step of the way. Nice people there as well. From now on anything that has to do with my cars audio system, I'll make sure I get it done here. Even the price of the radio I bought in the store was the same price online minus shipping cost. I paid over 700$ for a viper alarm with remote start at quality auto sound...installed on my 99'tahoe with airbags...they tell me my dome light doesn't work,and that is what arms my alarm,so once I get that fixed,my alarm will wrk properly, smdh!..I go pick it up,I had to get a tow truck to bring it home,because my airbags stopped wrkn,I get it home,look at it,and quality auto sound,disconnected my air bag system,and tucked the wires under my carpet...I fix it,now 1 week later my remote start doesn't work!..I take it to STEREO WAREHOUSE and not only did they add a motion sensor,they replaced my door actuator...they got my alarm working like it is suppose to...STEREO WAREHOUSE gained all my trust,I highly recommend this place...I will be returning....if your reading this review, DO NOT GO TO QUALITY AUTO SOUND OFF LEETSDALE AND MONACO....they are trash,I had to get my alarm re installed read more

I don't leave reviews but I had such a great experience there that I just had to write a review. I went I to get rear speakers put into my truck. After going and getting quotes from 2 other places, I decided to check out stereo Warehouse. Now it's not glamorous or fancy, in fact it almost looks like they are moving, but they have been there for over 30 years. For good reason too. I received a quote from norm for some awesome 6"x8"s that were less than half of what the other places wanted. To top that off, the incredible install team had me out the door in less than an hour, installed, tuned and sounding phenomenal. After adding it up, it was cheaper and quicker than if I had done the job myself. They aren't there to take your money and sell you useless crap either, I asked norm about adding some other components to my system, but he told me it wouldn't be necessary and he was right. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge on the subject. It really shows that they care about your satisfaction and take pride in their products and work. My system thumps and delivers crisp, loud , clear music now. Even at super loud levels, the music is clean and undistorted. Cannot say enough about how incredibly amazing norm and the team at stereo Warehouse are. Don't go anywhere else for your stereo needs, you will pay way more and it will take way longer. I went to Best Buy and Car Toys and was quoted an outrageous price for a new touchscreen radio in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I was shocked by just how cheap this place was. The service was amazing, and they had my stereo installed in less than 1 hour. Their products come with a 90 day warranty so if anything messes up they will fix it. These guys know what they're doing and they make you feel right at home. I started my shopping at car toys. I found a CD player with Bluetooth for $199 plus install. In theory the install was supposed to be free. $175 in parts later I was up to $375. The stereo was just a CD player. I chose not to purchase at Car Toys and stopped by Stereo Warehouse. Noor or Norm as he is known by sold me a upgraded model from the one I looked at Car Toys and quoted me $240 installed. I chose to upgrade the data cable and wound up at $270.
